Hi,
Welcome to our newly renovated home with a Heated Salt Water Pool, new furniture, mattresses and new landscaping! Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a garage. The walking area around the pool and lanai, has been newly resurfaced. There is a newly extended screened in cage around the built-in lighted pool. We also have a baby gate at the pool for the little ones!! There is a fridge/freezer on the lanai for your convenience. The large master bedroom (queen bed) has 2 walk in closets, smart TV with internet and is adjoined to the full bath/double sinks. This room has walkout access through the sliding door to the lanai/pool. The 2nd bedroom (queen bed) has a smart TV and a large closet. The 3rd bedroom (Full bed) with smart TV and large closet. The living area has a full size couch, love seat and comfy chair with a 55 inch TV (internet only). You can stream -Attached to the living room is the dinning room. There is a large table that can be extended and has a buffet table. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would possible need to do your everyday cooking. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The double car garage is newly epoxy resurfaced and has a new BBQ grill (which is to be used in the driveway only!) In the garage, you will find coolers,beach umbrella, and beach chairs if needed for a day at the beach!! Floats for the pool and 2 bicycles are also in the garage. You may store the baby gate in the garage if there are no small children at the house. Pool heater will be turned on November 1 and off April 1. This property is located in a desirable Port Charlotte neighborhood and is only minutes from15 minutes from Allegiant airport in (Punta Gorda). We are very close to all restaurants and shopping areas. Highways are minutes away I-75. Minutes to Charlotte harbor and beaches such as Siesta Key beach is 40 minutes away as well as Sarasota and Fort Myers. Manasota Key beach in Englewood is about 30 minutes. (GREAT Beach!!) We have worked very hard to update this property and to make it comfortable. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we are in Florida. Everything you will need is in this home!! The entire house is yours! Have fun!!

Great place to stay!

Loved this house! Property was updated, clean and super cute! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to main roads. Owners were easily accessible and very welcoming to make sure we had a great stay!

Awesome stay

Awesome stay.. Even through the hurricane.. the hosts Kyle and Cheryl were amazing.. The house was clean and just what we needed. Loved the pool. This will be our go to place every time.. and all the neighbors were very friendly and helpful.

Stay here!

This was such an amazing home to stay. Communication with Cheryl was always easy. She’s quick to respond to any question you may have. Everything about this house is great- location, pool, kitchen stocked with supplies. It really felt like home away from home.

Great place to relax and enjoy Florida.

We use VRBO when booking vacations and Cheryl, the property host, was easy to deal with. She answered all questions quickly and was helpful in meeting our needs. The home has been updated with many new furnishings to make your stay enjoyable. Whats even better, is after spending a day out enjoying the beach, shopping or exploring the area, you can come back and enjoy time in the saltwater pool sipping your favorite beverage.

Perfect Port Charlotte stay

This was first time in Port Charlotte. It was a great choice for central location to everything. The home was immaculate and welcoming, check in was easy. Loved everything about the home. The back porch with pool was amazing. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable beds. The decor was charming. Thanks for letting us make a few good memories there. Communication was easy, so thanks for everything and would love to stay again in the future. Blessings to your family!

Perfect place!

As a first time renter, I have to say I lucked out with the perfect place! Cheryl was in contact with me right away and several other times when I needed help before I even got there. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and located not too far from stores/restaurants. From the moment I opened the door, you could tell how clean it was. Everything was clean and organized. One of the features I really liked was that the switches were labeled to differentiate lights and fans. It was very helpful. The kitchen had everything you’d need, even a crockpot so we could make chili. The beds were comfortable and there was a tv in each room. The pool was clean with two chaise lounges and plenty of pool floats. The lanai had a large 6 seat table, ceiling fans and an outdoor frig. I didn’t get to use them, but there bikes available in the garage, as well as items if you were to go to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here. I felt safe and comfortable while I was here. Looking forward to rent again!
