Welcome to our comfortable, no-fuss home in beautiful Port Charlotte, Florida – a peaceful spot perfect for relaxed getaways, families, or anyone seeking a functional base to explore Southwest Florida’s waterways and Gulf Coast charm.

This fully equipped house runs on solar power for eco-friendly, efficient energy and features impact-resistant hurricane windows for peace of mind during your stay. You’ll also find a convenient Level 2 EV charger right on-site – ideal if you’re driving electric!

While the decor is minimal and the furniture basic, we’ve stocked the home with everything you need for a hassle-free vacation:
• Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, spices, coffee maker, and more
• Grill for backyard BBQs
• Plenty of fresh towels, linens, and essentials
• Pack ’n Play, high chair, and a selection of toys for little ones
• A variety of board games and puzzles for cozy evenings or family game nights
• Smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ included – perfect for movie nights, rainy days, or winding down after adventures!
• Kayaks available for you to paddle the nearby canals, rivers, and peaceful waterways (use at your own risk).

The spacious backyard offers a tall 6-foot privacy fence around about 90% of the yard, providing great privacy and plenty of secure space for relaxing, grilling, or letting your well-behaved dog enjoy some fresh air. (One gate area is currently under construction, so supervision is recommended for pets to ensure they stay safely contained.)

Food lovers will appreciate our proximity to fantastic local mom-and-pop restaurants – from fresh seafood and waterfront dining to casual spots serving up authentic Florida flavors.
