This hidden gem is centrally located on the island- 6 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from beautiful downtown Fernandina.
Included in our well fitted cottage, you will find a TV in every room with access to Disney+ ESPN+ Netflix and HULU, all bathroom essentials a fully loaded kitchen and a large fully fenced yard. Enjoy the sunset/rise on our private cozy deck over looking the marsh.
Have a family cookout or load up our complimentary beach equipment and relax at one of the many beaches!

Very nice house. Comfortable and clean beds and furniture. Great yard. Excellent location. Great water pressure in the shower. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Lovely hosts! We stayed a month and would absolutely book again!

perfect space in Amelia

Our stay at the 2-bedroom cottage on Amelia Island was absolutely delightful! From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and comfortable everything was. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the space truly made it feel like a home away from home.The cottage was stocked with a fantastic array of amenities, leaving us wanting for nothing. Whether it was preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen or relaxing in the beautifully furnished living areas, everything was perfectly set up for an enjoyable stay.The location added to the charm—peaceful, serene, and close to everything Amelia Island has to offer. This cottage made our trip so memorable, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Very convenient (and walkable) to Fernandina Beach and Historic Downtown.

Cute updated house on a quiet dead end street with a great private fenced in backyard. Convenient to drive or walk many places on the island. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance as is Fernandina Beach and Historic Downtown area. Hosts were great and very responsive!

Great place to stay on Amelia Island

We picked this house to accommodate our dog with the big fenced in back yard. We were so happy we did. It is such a cute, clean, well stocked house with so many little touches to accommodate humans. The host was actually across the street remodeling another VRBO they purchased, so very accessible and helpful. The houses are at the end of a cul-d-sac and very private. Together they are perfect for multi-family vacations. We will definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Hospitality & Flexibility During Uncertain Times!

We can’t say enough about how amazing our experience was with this Vrbo rental, despite the challenges we faced with Hurricane Helene the week before our scheduled stay. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us in such uncertain times, and their kindness and flexibility turned what could have been a stressful situation into a relaxing, memorable vacation. Upon arrival, we found the home to be in pristine condition. The house itself was beautiful—very close to the beach — five minutes driving, with all the modern comforts and extra amenities we could ask for. The attention to detail was incredible, from the fully stocked kitchen to the beach towels to the grill ready for us to use. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the dogs loved it! We especially appreciated the hosts ensuring we had everything we needed and offering local recommendations. Amelia Island was as lovely as ever, and we were able to enjoy its charm, including the historic downtown, great seafood, and stunning beaches. The fact that the hosts were so understanding and made the rescheduling process so smooth really left a lasting impression on us. We’ll definitely be returning to this rental and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience, even in challenging circumstances. This level of service is rare and deserves to be recognized!

Nice little place Great for Dogs

We travel with our two dogs whenever possible and appreciate when a property accommodates them as well as this home does. The fenced-in yard, outdoor area with nice patio, and just a couple of low steps to access the house made travel with our special-needs dogs SO much easier. Otherwise, the house is great. It is just as described and pictured in the ad. Things functioned well and were comfortable. Good water pressure in the showers. Nicely decorated home. Well-supplied for our needs. The location is on the end of a quite street, so no traffic. The central location within the island makes it easy to get around to wherever you want to go.

Cozy Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy house. It was clean with comfortable beds, close to the beach, downtown, & shopping. The yard was great for our 3 dogs & the charcoal grill was easy to use & clean. Nothing negative about our 3 days here. , and great fenced yard for the dogs.

Very short stay

House and surroundings are misrepresented by the listing pictures. Had planned to stay for 14 days and left after 5 nights. Anyone staying at this location needs to thoroughly research the surrounding neighborhood. My wife did not feel comfortable being left alone at the house.

Just as Advertised

Amelia Cottage or the cozy house on the marsh is snuggled up at the end of a dead end street and that was just fine with us; no crazy traffic flow and the neighbors were quiet. The fenced in backyard was just what we needed for our furry, 4-legged critters. Communication with the property manager, James, was on point with near immediate responses and the pics are exactly what you get...clean, refurbished and very cozy! We'll stay again if we head back to Amelia Island.

Wonderful

What a wonderful home. The location is close to everything. Beautifully decorated with great outdoor space. The home is equipped with everything you will need for your island vacation. If you are traveling with your fur baby it is totally fenced. We strongly recommend this home.
