Direct access to the beach which is 200 meters from the residence, without any road to cross.
Close to all amenities and shops LECLERC, caterer, tobacconist, press, restaurant, pharmacy, bakery....
Many activities nearby: diving, horse riding, sports field, cycle path, sailing club....

Ideal location for access to Cap Corse, Castagniccia, St Florent golf course, Porto Vecchio, Corte, Bonifacio, Calvi, Ile Rousse, Agriates desert.

The villa is equipped for 6 people.
Two bedrooms upstairs:
1 air-conditioned with a 140x190 bed and a large wardrobe.
1 other attic, ventilated, 2 beds 90x190 and storage.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, large fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, senseo...
The bathroom has a shower cubicle and sink. Separate toilet.
The air-conditioned living room has an 82 cm flat screen TV with TNT, a corner sofa for 2 people and a coffee table.
The covered terrace allows you to eat outside. For an aperitif, you can have it quietly on the garden furniture and the wooden terrace.
Presence of a barbecue, a large parasol and deckchair. A private garden allows the children to play in peace.
