WELCOME TO CASA GIALLA!
Come stay in this Historic peaceful hidden section of Grandview Heights, West Palm Beach. The home has 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, along with 2 full bathrooms, a relaxing front sunroom with a comfy couch, as well as, a beautiful living room with another large couch w/ queen sized pull out sofa bed, comfy chairs, tv/internet. Move to the dinning room where you will find an expandable kitchen table, overlooked by a kitchen bar countertop and the full range kitchen. In-house laundry room. Spend some time outside enjoying the attached private patio, walk the picturesque neighborhood - head over to the community Howard Park for a leisurely stroll, a workout or a game of tennis, etc. Then walk over to City Place, The Kravis Center and Downtown West Palm Beach for shopping, food, entertainment and so much more! Only minutes to i-95, the airport, the Brightline and of course the Beach (Palm Beach)!

Home away from home

Amazing stay at this property. The location is perfect, and the home is absolutely beautiful inside and outside. Spotless inside, flawlessly decorated, very comfortable, and well stocked with everything needed. The owners are also fantastic. We want to return to West Palm just to stay here again!

Great House

The house was clean, quaint and private. Located in a historic neighborhood that has many homes already remodeled. Great neighborhood for walks and close to a dog park. Central location to shopping and PBA University.

Cute place close to fun activities

The house was very cute and nicely appointed. It was within walking distance of the convention center and the square which made it very accessible for all of our needs. Fairly clean for the most part. However the outside furniture is all rotted out. The plastic lounge chairs were the only thing outside that was safe to sit on.

This is a special house in a special, historical neighborhood

We loved this historic home and beautiful neighborhood. It is very clean, neat, well-maintained and in an excellent location. We were in town for a formal event at The Canopy Hilton; it is 4 minutes away. We walked our dogs daily in the neighborhood and to the dog park, about 2 minutes away. It's an ideal location for those looking to stay close to shops, restaurants, bars, hotels and downtown W Palm Beach. The owners maintain it to perfection; they are very nice, and accomodating, and did everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We really had a wonderful time; highly recommend this house!

Wonderful Place in a Great Neighborhood for Walking

Casa Gialla is the perfect spot for visitors to Palm Beach who enjoy walking through historic neighborhoods as well as to restaurants and other nightlife spots. We were in West Palm on a business trip for a week and had our dog with us to the Grandview Heights neighborhood was perfect. We walked the lovely neighborhood each day as well as adjacent neighborhoods like El Cid and in the evening a walk of between 4/10 's of a mile to a mile would get us to many restaurants with dog-friendly patios. The house is in a very quiet part of the neighborhood so we slept well at night, The kitrchen has all we needed and the two bathrooms made getting ready in the morning easy. The house is as charming as it looks online. We also had the opportunity to meet the equally charming hosts.

Great hosts and great house!

We really enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend it! The house is beautiful and great for 4 people. John and Lucrezia made us feel very welcome and at home. The house has everything you need also if coming with kids the hosts provide for a great environment. The patio in the back is very cozy as well and great for breakfast outside. The location of the house is great. You have everything you need just within a short ride - supermarkets, beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is super cute and the people are all very friendly. Great place also if you prefer to take a bike instead of your car. The communication with John prior to our stay was very uncomplicated, always got an answer within a few hours. The check-in and -out process was also very easy and the hosts were also always available during our stay. Definitely a great choice if you are planning on coming to West Palm Beach.

Great Location!

We attended a conference at the convention center and the location couldn't have been better for the price! We were able to walk to and from while feeling safe in a neighborhood setting. The house itself was very cute and well maintained. The host was extremely responsive, even answering random questions about places to visit and eat :) Would visit again!

Grandview Heights

Even though I grew up in this area I had never seen nor heard of Grandview Heights. It is a gem and very beautifully located near the Norton Art Gallery, restaurants and more. Casa Gialla is a well-equipt comfortable house. Kitchen is easy to use and there is plenty of space in the house as a whole. Loved sitting outside for morning coffee All in all perfect!

Quaint cottage that needs some repairs and minor face lifting

Overall it was an ok stay . However , the bathroom sink would not drain . The knob on the shower near the Landry room came off when I tried to turn it on . There were several of us trying to get ready for a wedding and one shower/ bath available !!! It would have been nice if we could have unloaded the car beyond the gate but the tile was that you could not drive the car past the gate . Also , the yard was full of weeds , needed edging . I spoke with the owner regarding these complaints thinking he may offer me a few free days after repairs made or a small refund for the inconvenience however he made no offers !

Loved this beautiful yellow house!!

This is an amazing place to stay! The house is very well appointed, everything you need is there. Great neighbourhood, safe area, walking distance to downtown West Palm Beach. Super restaurants! And John and Lucrezia are lovely, thank you!! I’ll be back

NIce place and good people - not as private as mentioned

I arrived at the home and check in was very easy. The place was very clean, and the owners left nice surprises to welcome me as a guest. I have stayed in this neighborhood before and it is a short walk to Rosemary Square. The house is small and the bedrooms are certainly "cozy". It was good for myself and my girlfriend. The owners definitely try to make the accomodation friendly and a nice experience. For myself, I picked this rental because of the private backyard "patio". I worked remotely outside so in the pics It is a nice courtyard style patio for me. However, you do share this area with the owners, as there is another house within the small confines of the backyard. Basically 25 feet from your house. The first night I thought there was an intruder in the back and went outside to find out it was one of the owners coming home. They enter and exit their home through the patio and walk their dog there as well. This was not a problem as they seemed to try to get out of the way when the guests are using the patio. Overall very good place. (Sorry to J&L I realized I left my groceries in the fridge).
