Welcome to this bright and charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, perfect for your stay.

I'm excited to host you and am happy to assist with any questions or booking details. We offer a variety of short-term rentals to suit different needs and budgets!

Located just 2 blocks from the Mayo Clinic campus, this home features a main-floor bedroom and bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second level. Enjoy spacious living areas, a cozy reading room, power lift chair, and a fully stocked kitchen with a dining area. Step outside to a private backyard with a patio, complete with a table and chairs for outdoor relaxation. There’s also off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles.

You'll be just steps away from Mayo Clinic, the Cascade Trail system, and within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. Ideal for both convenience and comfort!

Wonderful quiet, pretty and safe neighborhood, within walking distance of Mayo Clinic. Broc’s house was clean, nicely decorated, and supplied with everything we needed for our 4-day stay. Beds were comfy! Hope to stay again for our next Mayo Clinic visit or a stay for leisure.

Excellent stay

This home not only met, but exceeded our needs for my family’s weekend in Rochester. Communication with the homeowner was very easy and I found Broc to be very responsive to all my questions. As a result, check-in was a breeze. We found the house to be very clean and outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was cute and very quiet. We come to Rochester frequently. If possible, we will stay here again.

Great place to stay!

My friends and I travel a lot on our motorcycle. There was plenty of space for parking and the house was great. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with supplies. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the house to anyone.

Excellent as always!

This is definitely one of our favorite stays when we come for our yearly checkups! This cute little house makes you feel right at home! The patio in the back yard is our favorite hangout, and the wildlife back there never disappoints! Broc is an awesome host and always accommodating! Close enough to Mayo Clinic to walk, and gas station and grocery store around the corner! Thank you once again for the amazing stay!

Clean comfortable and convenient

Make one of the worst experiences of our lives a little more bearable…

My daughter had Mayo visits for a liver transplant. This home was the perfect choice. This clean cozy home gave 4 adults and a 3 year old a restful place to stay between her appointments while still allowing the 3 year old space to play

It was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. It was easy to enter. The host was available immediately when we had a question. We could easily adjust the heat and cooling. It was a very enjoyable stay.

This house was perfect for our needs. Staying a few days visiting family in the area. Quiet neighborhood, ac was great upstairs too. Very close to everything. Very clean and well laid out. Appreciate a first floor bedroom for our elderly Mom, with full baths on both levels!

Lovely little home

This cute house was just perfect for our stay. I had 4 days of Mayo testing stress and this home was a nice escape where we could cook, relax and recharge. It was spotless and welcoming. Downstairs bed was comfy, and perfect for a yet healing back after a major surgery. Would definitely stay again. Broc was responsive and kind in all communication. :)

Mayo and visit to Twin Cities

The owners thought of everything! The home was spotless and very comfortable. We could walk to Mayo and surrounding areas in about 10 min. Would recommend this home as a good place to stay.

Lovely home

Lovely home with space for everyone. Well-equipped, well-maintained home in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to Mayo. Everything you need to prepare meals, including a BBQ & outdoor seating. Really nice respite away from full days of appointments at Mayo. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for our week

Week had appointments all week at The Mayo Clinic. This house was perfect for our stay. Clean, updated, everything works. Beds were comfortable. Location is great. We could have walked to our appointments if the weather was warmer. We will stay here again if we need to return.

We were impressed immediately upon entering...that is not always the case as pictures on VRBO can be misleading. Clean, clean, clean!! Loved the neighborhood...quiet and very close to a nice park with paved walking and biking trails, playground equipment perfect for children, and a stream/river with rapids to enjoy. The kitchen was stocked to the max with everything we could have asked for. There is a relaxing, somewhat enclosed patio out the back door with a beautiful yard full of wildlife as the same creek/river is just a half block behind our backyard. Think squirrels, rabbits including baby ones, all kinds of birds, and a visiting pair of ducks. I met Broc, the owner, mowing the lawn morning, and he is a great guy...cordial, friendly, and helpful. We could not have been happier with our stay there. I would rate this place 10 stars if I could. You WILL NOT be disappointed booking this home.
