Enjoy your stay at this cozy 2 bedroom home in the heart of downtown Rochester.

Direct access to the Cascade trails and just 4 blocks to Mayo Clinic Campus. Located in the Kutzky Park neighborhood you are in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, parks, and shopping. This home provides everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Take advantage of walking the trails or relax inside and watch the wildlife along the Cascade Creek.

This home is a side by side Duplex. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, lamp, dresser, full length mirror, and closet with hangers. The kitchen is furnished for all your cooking and baking needs. Wifi access, smart TV, coffee maker, dishwasher, Laundry, and water softener.

Master bedroom also has a Smart TV with Youtube tv provided.

Off street parking is provided. Garbage and recycling is on site. This home is professionally cleaned to meet and exceed the sanitary needs of guests. Many bathroom and kitchen essentials are provided.

Comfort at Cascade Trials and Creek

The property was clean, efficient, well located, and sweet. We enjoyed our stay even though we came to Rochester for my Mothers funeral.

Great location. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We were there for a Mayo Clinic surgery. Post surgery we had to check out a week early as the bathroom could not accommodate my husband and his surgical disability. Bathroom is very small and steps to come into house were too hard for him. But if you are well and able this is a great place.

Walking distance to Mayo, grocery store and walking path in a quiet neighborhood. Property was as advertised and just right for us. Appreciated the amenities like laundry, kitchen and beds were comfortable.

Perfect location for visit to Mayo

The property was clean and well stocked. It is adjacent to the hike & bike trail and is in walking distance of Mayo if you don't mind a 15 minute walk. The carport was convenient, grocery was less than 1/2 mile away. Owners did a nice job of removing all the snow while we were there.

Great place to stay!

We were here for almost 2 months due to recovering from a medical procedure. Was a great place to stay for my husband and I! Close to Mayo and the duplex had everything that we needed! Beds were comfy and was thankful for everything the owners thought of for our longer stay. Laundry on site too. Was close to shopping and restaurants too. Broc was awesome to work with and always prompt to reply to messages. Would certainly stay here again!!

Peaceful and Relaxing place

This place was perfect for us. Very clean and tidy quiet area. Now there was a lot of traffic on the walking path but still was a peaceful place to stay. We spent most evenings sitting on the little patio area relaxing with the squirrels and ducks. Everything was provided as advertised. We will be back here again!

Lovely unit.

The rental was just what we needed for 2 of us. Beds were comfortable, unit had everything we needed. Broc was prompt at answering my messages. Was an easy commute to everywhere we needed to be.

Great place for Mayo Stuff

House was in perfect location for Mayo tests… about a mile away. Creek and walking path out front door. Grocery, gas and restaurants a mile away. House was clean and well equipped. Host very responsive to messages and accommodating to changing schedules. Definitely would stay again.

Home away from home

I can't begin to say enough great things about my registration and visit. My husband had open heart surgery at Mayo and it was a stressful time. Do to my mutliple scheduling errors, I had to cancel and rebook my stay three or four different times. Broc was very patient, understanding, and helpful. The house is exactly like the pictures. Once the surgery was complete, I walked back and forth to the hospital. The walk was a good stress reliever. I felt safe in the neighborhood. The bed was amazing! If we have to go back for anything at Mayo, I will be staying here again!

Home away from home

We really enjoyed staying at this property….it was clean and quiet and the owners have thoughtfully equipped it with all the little conveniences that made it really feel like home. We will stay here again for sure. I enjoyed watching people walking their dogs along the trail just steps away from the front door!

Stayed here while a family member was at Mayo. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable home with everything you will need, within walking distance of the hospital. Highly recommend.

A Great Stay!

This is a wonderful home! I highly recommend this property in Rochester. We stayed here for four nights while undergoing testing at Mayo. It is conveniently located near Mayo and downtown. There is a lovely walking path about 15 steps from the front door! We enjoyed taking walks on the path which connects to sidewalks that lead to downtown. The house is super clean and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location SO close to Mayo!

We had multiple days of testing & appointments at the Mayo, & this property is within two minutes drive. We could have easily walked there! The surroundings are beautiful with the paved walking trail, trees & birds, waterfowl, squirrels etc.; very park-like, complete with babbling brook, right out the front door. Covered parking was very nice! Minimal neighbor noise through the shared bedroom wall. Well appointed kitchen! We hope to rent again when in the future.

What a cozy home!

We loved staying here. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable! Close to Mayo and many other places we enjoyed. It felt like coming home every day. The outside was beautiful too.

Wonderful stay!

My senior parents and I stayed during a recent trip to Mayo. We were thrilled with location. 2 min drive to drop them off. If someone is physically able walking to Mayo is easy. There is a walking trail right out front that feels safe, well used and well lit. The house is adorable. Every amenity we might need was provided and little details like coffee are hugely appreciated. Beds were comfortable, and the sheets soft. Big fluffy towels. It really is the little details that make a big difference. We were way more comfortable at the house than we would have been in hotel rooms and the price point is spot on. I hope we dont have to return to Mayo, but if we do I will look up this listings availability first.

A radiation appt that ended up cancelled was tolerable because we had a clean, cute and comfy place

Close to Mayo

Cute little rental! Had everything we needed for our stay. Only a 15 minute walk to Mayo. Close to grocery stores, coffee, and gas. Broc was easy to work with and accommodated our schedule! He responds to messages very quickly. Beds were comfy (on the firm side). We appreciated the fragrance & dye free laundry soap. Property is updated - but wood floors creak when walking around. We eventually got used to it but it is hard to be quiet if someone is sleeping (this is more of an FYI - not a criticism- if quiet is needed).

Great place to stay

The house was clean, well-appointed & quiet. I loved how I could access the local trail system right outside the door. Within walking distance of downtown & Mayo. Broc had all the essentials plus. My sister and I were very comfortable staying here. I would happily rent this place again if in Rochester.

Perfect for a long stay in Rochester!

My mom and I stayed 10 nights. We were in town to go to Mayo Clinic. This place could not have been more perfect for that purpose. The owners have made sure you have everything you need for an extended stay in this cute clean home. Just out the front door is a beautiful walking path along a stream. I looked forward to my walk there every day. The owners were extremely kind and responsive too. You can't go wrong with this place.

We have lived in the neighborhood for over 12 years and enjoy being able to walk to Mayo Clinic in a few minutes. We spend a lot of time on the Cascade trails with our kids and are within a mile from 6 different parks. Our favorite coffee shops are Forager, Queen City, Moka, and Steam, all within walking distance.

This house is in the middle of downtown Rochester MN and in walking distance to all of Mayo Campus. It is located directly off of the biking/walking trail system. The living room views oversee the Cascade Creek with many wildlife to watch. Rather than being stuck in a hotel or a residential neighborhood experience the beautiful scenery and activity of downtown Rochester!
