Great, convenient, clean condo

The condo was clean and comfortable with a great location! Terry and Nicole provided clear communication and were incredibly responsive. A good variety of beach gear is provided for use and I recommend packing a few beach towels. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great experience!

Beautiful little spot

Lovely proximity to beach, nice pools/hot tub and community! Unit is a bit outdated and could use new couches, renovations in bathrooms. Bed was comfy, owner was quick response and we had no issues during our stay!

Hilton Head Island Peaceful Get-away

My husband and I are retired and live in the northern part of Canada. We like to get away from the snow and cold during the winter months, and this year decided to spend 2 months in Hilton Head Island because it sounded very attractive with lots of nature, beaches, warm (not hot) climate and bike paths. Once there, we loved it. The unit was very clean, spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and very tastefully decorated spacious living spaces. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony at the end of each day overlooking the greenery surrounding the villa. The unit is a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach, or for those who prefer to drive, there is a parking lot adjacent to the beach. Most days we cycled around the many well appointed and maintained bike paths situated all around the island, and also biked along the beaches (my favorite thing to do). We visited numerous nature preserves, and observed lots of interesting birds, gators and armadillo. The restaurants had great fresh food and good service. The people we met on the Island were friendly and lovely. The beautiful old oak trees with the trailing moss were awesome. The entire island is so beautiful and natural looking, with no glaring commercial buildings, etc. Whenever we messaged our hosts, they answered promptly. Access to the unit was easy. During our 2 month stay, we felt totally at home. We would highly recommend renting here! We loved it.

Happy first timers.

It was our first time to Hilton Head so we didn’t know where to stay. I booked this unit and we were pleased from start to finish. Nicole and Terry were very helpful and responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. We like the beautiful quiet complex and it’s a nice, short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property and hosts, Nicole and Terry.

Hilton Head Getaway

We enjoyed our stay In this little community, a short walk from the beach. The unit was clean and stocked with amenities. If there was one little bit of feedback I could give it would be that It would be nice if the beds were a little more comfortable, but other than that, we had a great time.

A relaxing getaway

Greatly enjoyed our stay!! The location was wonderful, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Loved that the unit was also very close to one of the pools on the property. Terry and Nicole responded quickly when we had a question about our stay, which was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful in every way

The property was very nice. Clean, nicely furnished and decorated beautifully. The complex is centrally located and very close to the beach. Most of all Terry the property manager was extremely helpful. Great communication!

Clean and Comfortable

My family of 5 stayed for several days. The condo was arranged very efficiently with nice and comfortable couch and love seat. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. Water pressure was great and we were able to use both showers at the same time. The condo was very clean. Our stay was short but we were very comfortable. We had a small parking issue initially and the owners were exceptionally quick in assisting us in getting it straightened out.
