An oceanfront complex with all of the amenities to make for a great vacation. The Spa is a pet-free, family-friendly, gated community. Our Villa is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, & Sleeps 6. It has recently been fully renovated. Stylishly design to give an upscale yet homey feel. Each bedroom features blackout shades. The living room and enclosed balcony welcomes stretching out and relaxing. Open the screened balcony to enjoy the breeze, sights and sounds of the lagoon and ocean. There is high-speed wi-fi throughout the villa and outdoor complex. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and in each of the bedrooms. Cable TV and streaming services through Spectum Xumo service are available on all TVs. Xumo is a streaming box, much like Roku or a Firestick.
The main bathroom features a step-in shower with a multi-choice shower head. The second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination. There is a coffee bar with Keurig and electric kettle. A variety of K-cups and teas are available for your morning jolt or evening sleepy-time . Our villa is cleaned in a professional manner after each guest with high sanitizing standards.
The Spa complex features tennis and basketball courts. There are two outdoor pools open April 1 through Oct 31. There is a heated indoor pool open year round. A hot tub, gym, and sauna are also available. There is guest wi-fi available by all of the pools,. 24-Hour security is present at the entrance gate. The Hilton Head bicycle trail is also at the entrance gate.
The master bedroom features a luxurious King-sized bed and the second bedroom features an equally comfortable Queen-sized bed. The renovated kitchen has everything required to prepare meals. The island in the kitchen offers a place to sit, chat and enjoy a meal together.
The beach is a fantastic place to learn more about wildlife. This side Island is a paradise for bird -watching lovers. Loggerhead Turtles, an endangered species, come to shore during the summer to bury their eggs. Your villa is just a short walk from the beach through lovely gardens, a lagoon with large koi and fountains, beautiful landscape, and towering trees.
This unique villa overlooks the complex's lagoon and has a view of the Sound and Atlantic Ocean. Walk out your door and you are just steps from the beach or pools. Right across the road from the entrance of the complex, you will find the Mitchelville Freedom Park and Fish Haul Park. Enjoy the beautiful trail, look for unique birds, and take a few minutes to enjoy the Toni Morrison 'Bench by the Road' in Mitchelville Freedom Park; all just a short walk from your Villa.
