This charming 37 m² air-conditioned house in Saint-Cyprien, 250 meters from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows :

On the ground floor :
- 15 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- Access to the 12m² veranda (east-facing), with table, chairs, microwave oven and plancha grill
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, toaster, hob and washing machine
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), wardrobe
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor :
- A mezzanine with 2 single beds.
The mezzanine is equipped with a new Velux window, giving you total darkness at night.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in very pleasant surroundings. The footpath to the beach is located directly outside the residence. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Activities :
- Saint-Cyprien offers the chance to discover its port and the Capellans lagoon.
- The Parc de la Prade has 3 pools, a multipurpose rollerblading track, a sports trail, a city stadium, children's play areas, a picnic area and a protected bird sanctuary.
- On summer nights, every Tuesday and Thursday, the traditional summer activities of seaside resorts are organized.
- The Eastern Pyrenees offer a wealth of different things to discover

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- The nearest train station is Elne, about 15 minutes away by car.
- The nearest airport is Perpignan, around 38 minutes away by car.
- LiO bus no. 542 runs between Perpignan and Saint-Cyprien
