This new construction townhome summer 2021 is located in a small gated community 15 mins from downtown Atlanta. Just 10 miles from the ATL airport, which is a quick and cheap uber ride to relaxation. In addition, the home is in close proximity to all Atlanta attractions including but not limited to Tyler Perry Studios, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, College Football Hall of Fame, Civil Rights Museum, and the Martin Luther King Center.

Great stay

Checking in was simple & easy. Property was clean as well the inside & very spacious upstairs with up to date renovations or appliances. Beautiful bathroom decor as well.

Great stay but could be cleaner

The place was nice but if you looked closely you could tell it wasn't properly cleaned. I think the quick turnover makes this difficult, but old crumbs in the couch are an unpleasant surprise.

Comfortable ans Safe

The description of the property was accurate. The price was fair for the space. The room with two beds downstair were off balance but the senior lady adjusted just fine. The shower upstair has low low pressure . The diswasher leaks ,and a mirror in one bedroom tat sits on a nitstands needs to be mounted. Also add a couple ice trays would be nice . All in all we were good with the house

Reviews are not accurate

I was asked a few times to not leave a review unless it was a 4 or 5 star, I believe this is why the reviews for this property are not accurate. It is definatly not a 4 or 5 star property at this time. I was extermely disapointed with the condition of this house and very sorry that I chose it. The house has not been properly cleaned for a long time. They did have a cleaner come and clean on our second day after we called to request this be done. Several of the lights were not working including one in the very dark steep stairway to the upstairs. Several of the mattresses are so caved in that they should have been replaced a long time ago. The blinds do not work in almost every room which makes it very difficult to keep the light out, you can see into the bedroom on the main level by the front entry from outside. The bifold doors to all the closets are stacked in each closet for some reason. The kitchen dishes need to be replaced, old stained plastic plates, pans are unusable, cabinets have spilled food and are greasy. Wall paper is peeling away in the upstairs bathroom. I do not think the fans have ever been cleaned. This house needs a major deep cleaning, repairs and replacements to bring it up to rental ready.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures

Immediately upon arrival we noticed that the bottom of the babies feet were black. After a few minutes passed we realized it was the filth from the floor. The host was notified and he said he would try to get the cleaners back out, needless to say, that didn’t happen. However, he did refund the cleaning fee and we went and bought cleaning supplies ourselves and mopped the floors. We later ended up washing all of the bed sheets because of a complaint that the bed felt gritty. One of the showers had very low water pressure. The entire upstairs squeaked as you walked around. The queen bed upstairs was the worst I ever slept in, so uncomfortable that it squeaked as well as the middle sunk in and there was no way to sleep on the thick and firm pillows and be comfortable. While there we went out for the day and once we returned the house was hot and the ac would not come on. I texted and called the host a few times and did not get a response. After reaching out to the VRBO, he then responded. It was almost as if the a/c was being controlled remotely because it suddenly came back on while we were texting back and forth. Did I mention the gunshots ringing out?!? No this was not an enjoyable stay and NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT !!!

Its really hard pleasing everyone . They complained about the house not been clean and they said I shouldnt worry about getting someone back out so I refunded all the cleaning fees and apologized. I was extremely calm and took responsibility but at the end of the day they come here and trash our hard work . Also note that we run all 4 units in the complex and its gated with cameras and its extremely safe with law enforcement building right next door.

Not a place to stay

The apartment was located in a nice area, parking was very tight due to the way the it is structured. The apartment was not clean the floor and linen was very dirty hair on the floors dust every where. The dishwasher was broken smelly water and dishes where inside. Tried to run the dish washer it started leaking. The beds were horrible like they were old beds from someone’s house with big dents in the middle that when you lay down you literally sink down into the middle of the bed. A closer look at the linen on the beds was soiled looked like blood was on the linen down stairs. We had to take off the linen and wash them. I had to mop the floors they were so dirty. I had to come in and clean not only linen, floors, dishes/pots and pans were dirty inside the cabinets. I also had to clean the microwave, food splatter was all over the inside. Management would respond to texts and sent maintenance to repair the lights that did not work in the kitchen and the stairs but nothing was repaired. Not to mention the downstairs bedroom tv would play only one channel. This property was not worth the money. If I wanted to clean and wash sheets I would have stayed home. I took pictures of all that I encountered I feel that I should be reimbursed the cleaning fee for the property was not clean. The property manager apologized but this was totally unacceptable. The best thing about the property was that the heat worked perfectly.

We had a good time.

The owner of the property was easy to contact and quickly resolved the only issue we had which was the outdoor trash bins being full. The VRBO was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice Place to Stay

The town home is really nice and the pictures are a very accurate depiction. There are specific instructions regarding parking that must be followed for the experience to be pleasant for all guests and visitors. The owner is very responsive, provides clear instructions, and is pleasantly communicative. It was a very enjoyable stay.
