Arrived at the cabin around 7pm to find there were other people in it. Took 15mins to finally get an answer from the owner to only be told “it some how got double booked, this has never happened, we have it listed on multiple sites.” Car full of food, with my entire family and nowhere to go. Rest assure we got ALL of our money back. We will not be giving them a second chance.

The cabin and renters are great…but…

Two issues that a future renter should understand. Neither of these are things I consider a malicious act by the owners…but I was disappointed.1. The pictures I felt were a little deceptive about the upstairs bed. It is not in a separate bedroom. It is right next to the trundle bed. This is on me. I should’ve realized…but I also believe the angle of the pics are specifically designed to give that impression:2. We got stuck in the drive way…like I had to pay 500 to get us towed out. It was raining when I pulled in and we slid towards the cabin. It tells you to “stay at the top” and I understand that…but once I slid down…this wasn’t “loose gravel” like it says in the description. It was 4 inches deep of gravel over soft mud and clay. I couldn’t even dig myself out because the lower I went…all I hit was more soft mud. My car was sinking that I couldn’t even use wood and sticks to get u see the tires for traction.So an extra 500 bucks later my car was out. Make sure you stay at the very top (hug the shoulder area) We were barely at the porch when we got stuck.Again…this was not malicious and I just think if you rent you should understand and I also believe they should fix this instead of “suggesting you stay at the top”The owners were just fine and I am not upset. They were responsive and the cabin itself was just fine and we had a good stay besides that.

Worth Everything!!

In looking for our perfect Tennessee getaway, this cabin looked perfect and we were absolutely overly surprised! Out of town enough for the peace and quiet we needed but close enough to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for some great family time too. Sunrise is beautiful from the cabin's top floor as well as the second story balcony. We had morning coffee from the jacuzzi which was perfect. We had a question and Scott was so responsive and helpful. Five out of five stars, we would give more if we could. Would absolutely stay again and havr already started planning our next trip!

Quiet, good for family

We enjoyed our stay this weekend. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood so sitting on the back deck with a cup of coffee was relaxing. We needed that after having The cabin is a relatively easy drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, or Sevierville. We stopped by Kroger in Sevierville on the way to cabin and had no less than 30 minute drive (suggestion to take a cooler if it's hot and you need to buy any frozens or refrigerated items to take to cabin). There is no cell service at the cabin except minimal service in the upstairs area. There was free WIFI available that was able to handle a Zoom call our daughter had to participate in Saturday morning, and upstairs had just enough service she could communicate via text with her friend who was taking care of her animals while we were away. My family really enjoyed the game room. They spent hours playing pool and playing on the arcade machine. There are a lot of board games and so forth made available for all ages. Any issues we had with the cabin were made known directly to the owners who were quick to respond and help. Our VRBO app would not work while we were there, but they responded quickly to text messages.

Beautiful property, we loved the fire ring and spent alot of time on the deck! The last time we stayed in Tennessee, we stayed in a cabin rental place. I will choose VRBO every day since that stay! Thank You so much for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin!

Nice cabin, but pretty small and in need of some updates

The photos do the place more than justice, because they make the cabin look much bigger than it really is. While it has good, classic cabin decor, the kitchen is very small, and my family of five (two teens) was pretty packed in, and there were arguments over sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom TV is very small, especially given the current price of a 55" flat screen. The ROKU setup, with auto-expiration of personal logins, worked well, however. My biggest complaint is with the mattress/box springs in the master--these should have been replaced long ago--I am not that big, 185 lbs., and I sank down so far that I felt like my feet were six inches higher than my head. This feeling was bad enough that if I woke up in the night, I had a hard time getting back to sleep. I'd also like to see quality two-ply TP, like real people actually use in their own homes. Especially for $400+ per night. Please keep in mind that price always affects my reviews, and I get much more picky when paying Presidential Suite prices. If the bed and TV were upgraded and I weren't also expected to pay for coffee pods, etc., the cabin would not be bad for 3-4 people. Also, this cabin is a LONG way from tourist attractions. I did not factor this in when looking at a map before I rented because I did not account for the time and difficulty of navigating the long and winding mountain roads. Finally, having the owner's phone number for direct texting once we arrived would be a plus.

Wonderful

Me and my significant other had privacy and enjoyed the late nights in the hot tub overlooking the view we together enjoyed cooking in the kitchen where there was anything you might think about needing also the game room at night together we had a blast not far from Gatlinburg and Dollywood we had a time will definitely be back in May it's a friendly stay from babies up to adults yes they had baby accomodations as well there loved it ❣️super hosts

Great weekend getaway

Finding the property was easy and the location is great. It's secluded yet easy travel to diwntown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The family enjoyed playing pool and arcade games inside and the hot tub in the evenings. Setting up our netflix account was easy and internet worked well. This was also one of the cleaner cabins I have ever stayed in! Definitely recommend!
