Welcome to La Jolla Palms this stunning resort like property. Completely remodeled inside and out 2021. Relax by the beautiful sparkling private pool. Can be heated at an additional charge .Outside built in kitchen, different areas to lounge and relax and dine. Stunning chefs kitchen, everything you could ever need. The accommodation offer 4 beautifully designed bedrooms, 8 beds super comfy mattress. Open plan ground floor with expansive patio door s providing plenty of space for groups to be together or break into small groups. Full AC throughout, this property is better than many 5* hotels, it will not disappoint. View Seaworld fireworks from balcony, ocean views. Gas lamp a short drive and San Diego balboa park, museums and Zoo. Word class famous beaches are minutes away. My place is suitable for families, large and small, solo travelers, family reunions, business travelers.
We have outdoor security cameras for the safety of our guests and our property located in the yard on the driveway and the front door, the range is approximately 50 feet.
The house waiver (rental agreement) must be signed 24 hours before checkin.

Great Space

A family reunion and birthday celebration for our family of 9. The property is well located near the 5 between LaJolla and the Mission Beach and shopping. It is well stocked, well maintained and very clean. Also easy to maintain. Different seating areas provided opportunities for quiet time and together time. The host was gracious and accommodating when any small incident occurred.

Perfect spot for a girls weekend!

We rented the house to relax and enjoy a long weekend and it was everything we could have wanted! Communication with the owner was fantastic, the listing was exactly as described, clean, comfortable beds and so much thought and care into the amenities provided. Would definitely stay there again!

Horrible service

My booking was approved by Vrbo but the host insisted on messaging outside the app, grilled me about my plans for the weekend, demanded I sign separate set of rules with fines for everything. Even when I sent her the signed document, she said she doesn't trust me and she cancelled the booking the day of, when we were already on the way.

Stunning newly remodeled home. Huge back yard with loads of space for everyone, spa, swimming pool, BBQ, everything we needed. Beautiful kitchen, huge range, all new. Comfortable beds. Great Home, Great Location, Great Host

Fantastic experience. My wife and three grown daughters stayed for the weekend. The home is well appointed with great space to spend time with family inside or using a very well manicured backyard and pool. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen is well furnished and well designed. Suzanne is a fabulous host. Communication was great. Very informative while non intrusive. The location is convenient with easy access to downtown or north county beaches that we love. Amazing host and house!

Suzanne was a great host from the minute I inquired about her property until check out. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. And as for the property, what an amazing house for my sister’s bachelorette party! All of the girls were so impressed with the cleanliness and thoughtful details around the house. Comfy robes, makeup remover wipes, and even a bottle of Prosecco left on the counter as a welcome gift! The house is beautiful as well as the backyard. You won’t be disappointed with this stunning property and thoughtful host!

Better than advertized

We stayed for 7 days. The location at the top of the hill on Cadden Way in Bay Ho was perfect for day trips to Pacific Beach, La Jolla, and San Diego. While close to the freeway, the noise was not really apparent in the backyard. Not a huge home, but comfortable, and has many attractive features for a family with youngsters (6 yr, 4, 2 in our case). The kitchen was excellent, with good flow, large fridge, nice range. Both the Keurig and Breville Espresso machine (once we gave it a good cleaning) were excellent to have. The kitchen was well stocked. The garage with a 2nd large fridge and newer washer/dryer was a nice feature. Both showers were clean and comfortable size. The water pressure and water quality were really good. The half bath just off the foyer on the first level was indispensable. The alarmed sliding doors to the pool area was a great feature with a 2yo. The backyard and pool area is as advertised, and more private than we expected. The pool was well-stocked with some floating devices, and many pool towels. Once we got the know-how on the pool and spa heating system, that was flawless. The pool has a large shallow-end shelf, perfect for toddlers. Then the deep end goes down to 10 ft or so. Great for everyone. The spa, while not huge, was deep, and relaxing. The outdoor grill area was nicely built, and it was perfectly clean when we arrived. Suzanne is a very attentive host, and she reached out several times during the week to ask if we needed anything.

Wonderful family stay at a beautiful villa!

We had an amazing stay at this stunning villa in July with our friends. The host, Suzanne, was very helpful throughout the booking process and the stay. The pool was heated perfectly for our young children with staggered depths that made the pool suitable across a range of young ages. There were plenty of toys and games for them to play with. The interior design of the villa was fabulous and it felt like a lovely home. The property is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the restaurants and beaches at La Jolla and a short drive from downtown. I would not hesitate to recommend the villa - we had such a brilliant stay!

Great group house and pool/backyard

My friends and I had a super time at Suzanne’s place! Comfortably slept 8 guys. The whole house was as nice as advertised, the backyard/pool area was even bigger and better than it looks online. This house really has it all. Suzanne was also super helpful about getting us into the house early. 10/10 experience.
