On the ground floor, there is a bedroom (double bed 140 X 190 cm), a shower room, an independent WC, and a small office to work remotely away from distractions.

The upstairs is shared by 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds 140 X 190 cm and 1 with 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm) and a toilet with WC.

In the basement, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

You can park 2 cars in front of the garage.

The beach of Sainte Marguerite is accessible on foot in 20 minutes.
