Welcome to your beach house in Southampton. Your beach house features five bedrooms and four stunning bathrooms. Your home delivers the complete luxury experience with all the amenities you should expect in a modern home including an amazing, heated pool and spa. Your backyard also features a putting green, perfect for any golf enthusiasts! You also have private access to the bay where you can view beautiful sunsets from the bay beach, play tennis on one of two private tennis courts, play beach volleyball, or take out a kayak or paddleboard into the bay. The stunning, sun-filled open living space seamlessly connects the indoors with panoramic glass sliding doors. The spacious living room is complemented by 20-foot ceilings, a 65-inch smart TV with cable, multiple seating areas, wood burning fireplace, leading to a large open windowed dining room with an oversized kitchen with generous granite counter space, plus every modern appliance and utensil provided to prepare a home-cooked meal with the option to grill. Perfect your pool skills at the gorgeous billiards table all on the main floor. You can seamlessly walk from the living room onto the outdoor deck which features a Weber BBQ grill and outdoor dining table.

Step up to the spacious Bluestone patio with an additional large dining table that surrounds an amazingly large, heated pool. Luxuriate and soak up the sun relaxing on the comfortable lounge chairs or relax under oversized umbrellas. You will find no seating shortage. You will also love intoxicating sunsets from the privacy of your backyard in the 6-person spa with invigorating jets, surrounded by a large open grass area with lawn games and beautifully landscaped gardens. A surround sound system with Bluetooth with different stations provides music throughout the entire house and backyard. Outdoor lighting allows you to use the patio at night.

Hidden on the opposite wing of the main floor is an intimate bedroom offering calm and blissful sleep with blackout shades, a double size bed with a Posturepedic mattress, fabulous bedding, loads of pillows, comforter, and blanket. A wall of double closets, large triple size dresser, and night table will plenty of room for your belongings. Only steps outside the bedroom lead to a modern bathroom providing toiletries, a large shower and heat lamps.

Tucked away on the opposite side of this home, experience the convenience of a fully stocked Laundry Room with a full-size high efficiency washer and dryer.
Walking up to the second floor, you will discover the open loft with sun flooded views of the living room and outdoor patio. Take a break and watch TV on the beautiful pull-out sofa. Perfect the temperature with a Smart NEST-controlled Central A/C / Heating thermostat and/or use the ceiling fans that cool off the entire living area.
Turn left to the charming en-suite primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and large custom bathroom with oversized shower spa with multiple sprays, double sink, additional make-up/ hair station plus LED mirror with custom Bluetooth settings.

Walk down the hall to two other generous-sized bedrooms with extra-large closets, full dressers, and night tables. Sleep soundly on Posturepedic mattresses with comforters, blankets, and pillows galore. One bedroom also provides a desk workstation behind closed doors.
Conveniently located between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom where you can
take a blissful bath in the deep soaking tub or use the overhead shower. Heat lamps provide warmth while blow dryer, toiletries, and full sets of bath towels, and make-up towels are provided.

Take a break from the outdoors in the finished basement featuring a dedicated exercise space with a Peloton bike, yoga mat, Bosu, Reebok Step, and various weights, rollers, straps, and bands. Or just chill on the comfy large pullout sofa in front of the large smart TV. Perhaps you would enjoy sitting around the poker/ game table enjoying a full selection of books and games. Thirsty? No problem…there is a refrigerator. Also included is an extra bedroom and a full bathroom.

There are so many restaurants and eateries, concerts, sports, nature trails, and places to bike.

Prime season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and I tend to keep the pool/spa open from late April to late September (no extra charges for propane here!) Off season is tranquil and peaceful and is a wonderful time to enjoy and explore The Hamptons without the crowds. There are still so many activities that your family or group can create wonderful memories as there is rental availability throughout the year.
