Our cozy ground floor condo sleeps up to 4 and is just a few minutes' walk, via a dedicated sidewalk, to the no drive (no vehicle access) part of New Smyrna Beach. Across the street from one of 3 pools, shuffleboard, tennis & clubhouse. Short drive to Flagler Ave., restaurants, shopping & more.

The Sea Woods community offers 53-acres of old Florida style, including shaded walking and biking trails that are nestled among beautiful moss-covered trees.

This condo never disappoints!

We love this condo! The location is perfect for both beach and pool access. The condo is cozy and very pretty. And, Stacey is very kind and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location with quick access to Ocean and Pool

Wife and I celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We had never been to New Smyrna Beach and couldn't have picked a better location and place of stay to celebrate each other. The condo was perfect size for 2 (or even 4-5) if we had brought our kiddos. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook homemade meals. Condo had beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for the beach, which was only about a 3-4 minute walk. Pool is right around the corner from the condo. Owners were very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely come back.

Amazing property

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your condo. It is a beautiful place and allowed us some relaxation time. Would most definitely rent it again. An amazing place and felt very homey. We love Sea Woods, the amenities, and the closeness to the beach.

Perfect “Clean” little spot by the ocean

Condo was very clean and tidy. Had everything you could ask for and a stones throw away from the ocean. 10 min drive to Flagler Ave where there are several Resturants, shops and public beach.

Truly a Hidden Gem

This property is recently renovated, spacious, and gorgeous. Decor is simple and modern, and the bed is very comfy. The owners are very nice and responsive. We can’t wait to return for another weekend getaway!

Just what the Dr. ordered!

We had been coming to New Smyrna Beach for years to visit an aunt and uncle. After they sold their place, we've stayed several places at NSB and none filled our expectations. We found it this year!!! This condo was just what the doctored ordered. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you can imagine you need for your stay--plus it's quiet and CLEAN. Did I say CLEAN??!! The location is perfect with the pool right across from the condo and it's close to beach access on the no drive part of the beach. Wonderful attention to detail for their guests' comfort. We hope to be back soon!!!
