Top to bottom on 4 floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 balconies, 3.5 baths, living room, foyer, dinning room with table for 8, large, fully equipped open kitchen, tv, wifi, 2 car private garage, outdoor shower, huge private roof top with ocean and bay view. Just painted with all brand new furniture. Licensed and inspected by Seaside township. 4 minutes walk to beach, boardwalk, best restaurants, 7 minutes walk Seaside Amusement Park with rollercoaster, water park, mini golf many other rides and games. 10 minutes ( by car ) to Island Beach State Park with pristine beaches and great fishing.

Beautiful home

This house has everything you need in the BEST location! Super clean, beautifully decorated, lots of amenities and host was easily accessible when needed. Two car garage but free overnight parking for additional cars two blocks away. We had a lovely stay.

Fantastic Beach Home

Chris’s place was the perfect place to stay for our family to attend my son’s Jack and Jill shower. The place is immaculate and Chris has thought of everything to make you feel right at home.It was walking distance to the boardwalk and some great restaurants. Don’t think twice just book it….you won’t be sorry!!!!

Great place to stay.

The house was everything we hoped and then some and Chris was responsive to any questions or concerns. Including offering suggestions of local restaurants. Check in and check out was worry free.

Seaside extravaganza

Property was in a perfect location. House was clean and great areas for family to hang out but still have space to spread out. The beds were so comfortable!

Must Stay!

Thank you so very much, our stay here was amazing. The house had all comforts of home, beds comfortable, spacious, everything was so clean, and the house was beautiful. The owner was so easy to work with. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be coming back again!

Fun Beach Getaway

The property is just as described. Very clean super easy check in/check out. Actually much larger property than we expected. Very spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. All very clean. Very close to beach and boardwalk. Ate at Klees on the corner delicious! There are quite a few flights of stairs which never really mattered much to us. I think there’s elevator access but we never used. The rooftop was also a score. Beautiful views!!

Perfect stay

This was a perfect stay down the Jersey shore. The condo is immaculate- modern, nicely furnished, cozy, comfortable, very well equipped, clean and perfect size. The host Krzysztof (Chris) is super easy to communicate with and very nice. Check in and check out and all communication was a breeze. Garage is for 2 cars and although our oversized pickup did not fit (due to extra 6 inch lift) we had one car garaged and plenty of room for our bikes (which we didn’t need as bikes are provided in the condo). The condo has beach towels, extra beach chairs and came with beach badges. There were extra sheets and pillows and a couple of mattresses which we ended up using when my daughter’s two friends showed up in the area and wanted to sleep over. The rooftop has a grill which worked well. Location couldn’t be better in Seaside Heights - a block away from the boardwalk and the Beachcomber, and Klee’s was across the street. Highly recommend! Thank you Krzysztof!

Family trip

This was our 4th trip to the Shore with our 4 kids and their friends. The condo was spotless and provided beach chairs and an umbrella. All of the bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The view from the condo was perfect for the Wednesday night fireworks.

Very clean & great location!

We stayed for six nights with 6 adults, 2 preschoolers and 1 toddler the week before Memorial Day weekend. The place is very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. The owner provided us with a toddler mattress, pack n play and plenty of toys for my nephew and two boys. The location is a 10 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. The reason for the 4 stars is because on the morning of our last day, we were asked to check out an hour earlier so that the cleaning crew had enough time to prepare for the next guests. We obliged and quickly rushed to get everything packed and everyone in the car. Our only advice is to please make sure the check out time is non-negotiable before booking your stay.

Great House, great location!

We had a wonderful weekend. We were welcomed by Chris and he is a fabulous host. The house is beautiful, clean and has all the amenities you need for a fun beach getaway. The house is in a perfect location to the Boardwalk and the beach. We will definitely want to go go there again. Thank you Chris.

Great place

I loved the house, it was beautiful! Very good communication from the owner. There are a lot of stairs which is normal for the area but I didn’t think about it when inviting my older aunts and grandma. But for young people it’s no problem at all! It is in a good location also, there was a lot of things to do close by.

Short but very plesant stay

My family and I were in town for a memorial. Unfortunately we lost our 35 year old grandson this past year. It was wonderful to have such a warm inviting living area to go back to after the luncheon, so we could continue to visit and share memories of our grandson. The condo was clean, inviting and beautifully decorated. A wonderful place for a family.

Beautiful House, excellent host

Stayed here with 8 people for my cousins wedding. Chris was an excellent host and the place was in great shape and very close to the boardwalk/beach. Would definitely stay here again

Seaside Paradise

We have stayed at several rentals in the past and none can compare to the cleanliness at this rental. It was spotless, well cared for and well stocked with the things you need. The owner met us in person on arrival and walked us thru the house. When I reached out to the owner about accommodating my 2 year old, he provided a pack n play and plenty of toys. I really appreciated that.

Property is exceptional and in a great area.

Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely rent again. We had 6-8 adults staying and all had adequate privacy as the house is large. Very nice house with a garage and in a nice area of Seaside.

Clean, beautiful home in great location

We had a great stay at this lovely all new home. Nicely decorated, updated furnishings and appliances, and amazing views from the rooftop deck. Good location, easy walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again. Note: the house has a lot of stairs but there is an elevator outside of the unit.

Perfect weekend get away!

I can't say enough great things about this vacation rental. It was absolutely perfect. The house is gorgeously decorated and so clean! Location is great! Walk to beach and boardwalk! Chris the host was super responsive and polite! We wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!
