Bienvenido a la nueva y mejorada Seaside Heights.

Nueva casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños completos ubicada a solo 160 pasos de la playa en el North End of Seaside.

A poca distancia de todas las atracciones (paseo marítimo, sala de juegos, mini golf, parque acuático, restaurantes y tiendas)

La planta baja incluye garaje para 2/3 automóviles con entrada a la sala de estar principal, así como entrada al patio trasero con patio cubierto, ducha privada al aire libre y parrilla de gas. Entrada para 1 auto y estacionamiento en la calle. Está permitido bloquear su propio camino de entrada, pero no está bloqueado la acera.

Esta es la casa familiar perfecta con un amplio plan de piso abierto.

El primer piso cuenta con sala de estar con sofá seccional y cama plegable, comedor, cocina, barra de desayuno, baño completo y dormitorio con cama queen y entrada al garaje.

El segundo piso tiene un dormitorio principal con baño en suite con terraza al aire libre, un dormitorio con cama queen, un dormitorio con 2 literas dobles y una cama nido doble extraíble. Baño completo con ducha / bañera y lavadora y secadora.

El espacio de vida al aire libre consta de 2 terrazas, 1 fuera de la sala de estar y otra fuera del dormitorio principal con vistas al océano, al paseo marítimo y al atardecer. Patio cubierto en el patio trasero cercado con parrilla de gas y ducha privada al aire libre.

Esta maravillosa casa puede dormir 14 personas y 16 con sofá cama desplegable.

8 insignias de playa incluidas con el alquiler y adicionales se pueden comprar en la playa. Los niños menores de 11 años entran gratis. Sillas de playa, buggy y refrigerador disponibles.

Great place to stay

Overall the house is as described. Very clean, great location towards the north end of the boardwalk, quiet street. The garage fit easy two cars and my Suburban fit nicely in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk. Would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful home, great location

The home was updated and perfect for our family vacation. The rooms were beautiful and you could easily walk to the beach and boardwalk. Beach supplies and bikes were available for use which made packing much easier. Great communication with host. Would recommend!

Flawless family vacation

Virtually new vacation home with many attentive amenities; large and small. Spacious and comfortable layout for our family of eight adults with four grandchildren under the age of five. The one minute walk to the boardwalk shops and beach is effortless. The house and location made our dream vacation plans a reality.

Clean, great location, accessible property manager

House was very clean upon arrival! Very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We had an issue with the wifi and within minutes of texting the property manager he had me on a 3 way call with optimum to get it resolved quickly!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is roomy, clean and updated. Location to the boardwalk and beach is perfect. Communication with owner was smooth and rules/instructions were clearly laid out.A couple of cons...no TV's in the bedrooms except for the bunk bed room & no closet in the master bedroom. Also less stocked than other houses I've rented in the area...I rent every year and this was the first house that did not provide towels or sheets, although that was clearly stated in the description.

Clean, spacious and easy walk to the beach & boardwalk

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is beautifully appointed and very spacious. It easily accommodates larger groups and is a quick walk to the beach. The owner provides 8 beach passes which was very convenient. We didn't realize until closer to check in that we needed to bring our own bedding. Make sure that's on your packing list!

Amazing week away

Our family had a fantastic week at the beach staying here. In total we had 6 adults and 2 kids (6 yrs old) and there was absolutely no shortage of space. The house is amazing and comes with most everything you’d need during the week and the location is perfect. Close enough to the beach, quiet at night, and you can even see the weekly fireworks right from the house. Excellent communication from the owner. You can park your car and never use it again all week. Highly recommend.

This house is beautiful!

We stayed at Anthony’s home with my extended family, including my 80+ year old parents and my 2 grand babies who are both under 2. His home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and just steps to the beach! No car needed. The kitchen was well stocked with beautiful dishes, pots and pans, and platters to serve the yummy food we cooked on his beautiful grill in the wonderful fenced-in yard! I highly recommend staying here!

Beyond Expectations!

This home is immaculate. It is well kept and the owner takes a lot of pride in keeping it that way. Bhanu was very helpful from the start, communicating with us often and helping us get settled, even offering suggestions about restaurants and different beaches to visit. The home has everything you need - well stocked kitchen, beach badges, chairs/umbrellas. It is perfectly located within short walk to beach and boardwalk, but not in the crazy traffic area near Casino Pier. We will definitely be back!

Family Getaway

Everything was wonderful! When we arrived, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and some toiletries which was nice and helpful. The house was spotless! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you may need and everything was clean and in great shape. There were plenty of beach chairs, a cooler, bikes, and beach toys. The host was very nice and quick to respond and check in. The location was perfect… very close to beach and boardwalk but on a quiet street. I would absolutely recommend this house without hesitation. We had a great time! Thank you!

Just Perfect!

Truly perfect! The house is beautiful and clean and very well stocked! So many plates, cups, utensils and more! Plus the bicycles, beach badges, chairs & umbrellas. We really loved the main area of the house - seating for so many people - we were always able to spread out and be in the same area. Loved the porches, too! The boardwalk and beach are steps away, but not near the crazy-loud area. Bhanu answered all my questions quickly and was very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend this property. Just perfect!

Wonderful

We had family fly in and drive in as well. The house was conveniently located to the Seaside boardwalk and all of the attractions it has. You can hear the attractions and people from the house!! This did pose a bit of d they wanted to keep difficulty with the younger kids as they wanted to stay out and enjoy the party! The home was beautifully decorated and had everything the listing claimed it would. All the appliances worked without any issues and the beds werd comfortable. Our group was very happy with the rental and would recommend it.

Relaxing Vacation

We usually spend a week in NJ with family but this year I decided to rent a house at the Jersey Shore for a week with my 3 children and 5 grandchildren. The beach house was perfect, not far from the beach and the week went by to quick. The master bedroom had a balcony which was perfect for watching the fireworks. The front porch was perfect for people watching or just reading a book. The owner supplies beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand pails, stuff I didn't need to bring. There were also games to enjoy after a fun day at the beach. My only complaint was the master bedroom didn't have a closet to use but was able to hang my clothes in the hallway closet. After the week was over we all agreed we are definitely doing this again next year. Thank you Anthony for the use of this fantastic beach house. Monica Mathie Worcester, MA

Rental was what was posted very roomy had everything you would need great location easy access to the boardwalk and parking was no issue. The Host was great and was very easy to contact and return your messages in a timely fashion. I definitely would recommend.

Best Vacation ever!

My family stayed at this property for 2 weeks in August 2022 and it was the best summer house we have ever stayed in! So spacious and clean and beautiful. Close to beach and boardwalk. VERY COMFORTABLE for adults and kids. Felt like home away from home. There were beach badges for the whole family. Anthony was very receptive to all questions. Can't wait to return next summer!

Great time!

It was a wonderful house and very close to the boardwalk. We very much appreciated having beach chairs, buggys and umbrellas available. We also enjoyed playing cornhole and outside jenga game in the private backyard. The house was well stocked and parking was great for three cars. Didn’t really need to drive at all unless you wanted too. Would definitely recommend this house.

Fabulous Jersey Shore experience

The house is large, open, spacious, and immaculate. It is incredibly well equipped in every way! The attention to every detail including the kitchen, decorating, and activities was so much appreciated. The location is also great. It was so convenient to the Boardwalk and beach in a clean, safe, and pleasant area. Our family get together including grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren was a success.

This home was very nice!.& clean..

Overall it was a pleasant experience.. the only negative thing is that the surrounding neighborhood was a little “sketchy “.. we witnessed some drug deals going on right across the street several times!

Great place to make memories

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and well appointed. Everything you need to cook a meal was provided. The backyard was perfect for bbqing and relaxing after a day at the beach. The location of the house was perfect, just a half block up to the boardwalk/beach. The kids loved going to the rides at night and the adults loved having our cocktails on the front porch. We rarely had to drive anywhere except to the local supermarket and a few restaurants. Otherwise you can find almost anything you need within walking distance. We highly recommend renting this house for your Seaside Heights family vacation!

This home was designed with the family in mind. It is perfect for 2-3 couples with children. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee, your evening drink on the front porch, or watching the beautiful sunset from the upper deck, it is a great location. Hearing the laughter in the distance from the boardwalk amusements truly does put a smile on your face.
