Beautiful renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment located in the heart of Downtown Kissimmee, Peaceful and confortable place to stay, fully equipped kitchen, a place where you can call home while on vacation. Close to shopping , dining , major highways and attractions, also minutes away from public transportation (bus and Sunrail station). 1 minute away from the gorgeous Kissimmee Lakefront Park which has bike trails, playgrounds , splash pads , bbq grills and more !
Disney World is 12 miles away.

the apt is very comfortable and cozy , as you come in you will find the living room where you can sit and relax and watch a movie , the kitchen is fully equipped , it has cooktop , pans , dishes , utensils ,microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc . The dining table is perfect to sit down and have a nice home cook breakfast or a nice meal . The next door will lead you to the bed room where you have a queen bed and a sleeping sofa. Also, a walking closet to store your belongings and the bathroom .

Always available if there are any questions and any concerns.

the neighborhood is very peaceful ,Kissimmee Lakefront Park is around the corner , Sunrail station is a nice train ride to see the city , Gatorland is 10 min away , loop has alot of stores to shop, dine and has cinema as well . good ice cream place Abracadabra Ice Cream Factory , and a good pizza place Al's pizza also within minutes away from the apt .

Disney World is 12 miles away, also Seaworld and Universal are 15 miles away . Gatorland 5 miles, Shopping and dining plaza (The Loop) 5 miles. OMC airport is 18 miles away.

All linen and towels are provided. There is enough parking for a small boat or RV

This apartment was super clean and comfortable. It was great for my busbamd and I and was super easy to get to the historic district where the shops were. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Our host Daniel was very friendly and helpful in every way possible. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

The property was the perfect size for me, my fiancé, and our 17-month-old. It looked exactly like the photos and was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent—close to shops and just a short, easy drive to both Disney and Universal. We had everything we needed for a great stay and would definitely book again!

The good: The location! It is a couple of blocks from Lakeside Park and an easy walk to downtown Kissimmee. The neighborhood: It is quiet, and the streets aren't busy It was clean and nicely decorated. For the most part, the host was very responsive. The not so good: The couch is cheap and very uncomfortable. There is no central air. Instead, there are two portable units with big hoses that vent to the outside The apartment is small and the two units take up a lot of space. The shower is awful! The owner did send someone over to "bandaid" it... But it really needs to be replaced. Suggestion to host: Add a bureau in the bedroom...we ended up living out of suitcases...could have used some drawers If you're only staying a few days, it would be fine. We were there for two weeks and it was too small for that length of stay.

Friends visit get away!

After staying winters in Florida for 15 years, this was our come back this winter to reconnect with many of our friends and neighbors from several states met throughout years at Fishcamp and lake area. It was a perfect location to return to for a restful evening close to many of our favorite eating establishments.

Recently renovated and well equipped apartment

Apartment was clean, fresh and felt recently renovated with well equipped kitchen in subdivided bungalow style building with own front door.Location is quiet and residential a short drive from good amenities and good access to parks etc via older quieter roads.We needed some help getting into the property and Daniel was very quick and responsive to talk us through it.Thanks

Amazing. Got cold a few nights but heaters were on hand. Very clean and comfortable.

I had a great time staying here for six nights, got reply from the host super fast whenever I texted to get information. Everything was provided and on hand to cook my meals. Very safe and quite neighborhood. I actually took the SunRail from Kissimmee station to Winter Park. It was a nice 16 mins walk to the station. I would recommend my friends and family to book with this host if they are looking to spend some quality time in Kissimmee.

Nice Apartment

The place was nice and very clean. Looked exactly like the pictures. Parking could be better, we weren't sure where to park, we ended up just parking right in font of the door. The neighborhood wasn't the best, its a residential area, however we had no problems or disturbances. The owner did contact me the day before ti let me know the place was treated the day before for termites and there was a chance we may see a few dead ones. On day we did not see any, the place was clean and smelled amazing however, the second day not only did we see a few dead termites, we also saw several live ones flying around the light in the bedroom that night. The second day it smelled as if the place is closed up all the time, whereas the first day due to cleaning and fresh plugins being placed in the wall, so it was fresh fresh, after day one it just had a slight stale scent covered up with plugins. Overall the place was nice, without the termites everything else was doable even the slight stale scent.

Basic and clean

We stayed a week. We found the apartment met most of our needs and was clean but there were a few things we wish we had known to bring. There were no trash bags. The kitchen does not have any large bowls for food, a can opener, bottle opener or corkscrew. Only two stools at the eating counter. Also, there isn't an oven and there isn't any central heating or cooling (window units and space heaters are provided). They aren't misrepresenting, but it wasn't clear to us. They also aren't game changers. The apartment is only a short walk to the Kissimmee waterfront park and about 10 min walk to train/bus station. 15 to main street and some really good restaurants (all closed in Tuesdays). The apartment is part of a larger house that has been divided into 3 units. The flooring was installed wrong and there are gaps between every single one of the sticky "wood look" tiles and has soft spots. It isn't that there was anything particularly wrong, but it didn't quite meet a 5 star rating. All that said, It worked for the three of us and the price is very competitive.

The traffic was so bad we didnt get a chance to shop nearby, but we loved the universal parks. Also we traveled to Daytona beach, not that far away. I do think the apartment could use some drawers for clothes. No dresser at all but did have closet to hang clothes up.
