Resort Amenities for short-term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WiFi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a relaxing stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. In addition, a Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now available and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. Two other private pools and hot tubs are also included. In addition, there is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along the quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
