This luxurious rental is just a short drive across the bridge to Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island and is an ideal place to spend your vacation with its many stunning amenities. With Anna Maria Island and the beautiful Gulf Beaches so close by, you'll be primed for some rest and relaxation. Visit the shops and the quaint dine-in restaurants just mere miles away from your rental! Safe Harbor Pier 77 is just a few steps from the condo. This deep-water marina with both wet/dry storage offers convenient bridge-free access to the Gulf of Mexico. Feel free to rent a boat or book an excursion right at the Marina.

The true magic lies in the plentiful on-site amenities right at your fingertips! Enjoy the sunset view over Anna Maria Sound from our private beach club, with its amazing restaurant, poolside service, and Sky Bar. With four pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the sound, kayaks provided by two launches, and miles of walking trails, any resident can enjoy Florida living at its finest.

Head inside your breathtaking condo and immediately take notice of the lake-view vista straight from the comfort of your own private balcony. The interior decor is reminiscent of the ocean, with tints of orange and turquoise adorning the walls in abundance. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a gorgeous lake view. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom and the third bedroom also with a queen-sized bed. The wall-to-wall sliding glass doors completely open the living room up to the screened lanai where you can unwind after a day in the sun, and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The fully-equipped kitchen features quartz countertops with a breakfast bar so you can prepare a full-course meal or a quick snack. This unit also provides WiFi throughout, a full-size washer/dryer, beach towels, and a beach locker equipped with a beach cart, beach chairs, and beach umbrella for use during your stay. After mealtime, settle down in the quaint living area and kick up your feet for a while. There's a little something for everyone here!

THINGS TO KNOW
Resort Amenities for short-term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, a private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, a children's playground, a splash pad, and a BBQ area with gas grills and tiki huts. Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools and hot tub, a fully equipped fitness center, Sky Bar and restaurant, a yoga lawn, and a kayak launch.
This vacation rental requires completing an application with sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking for stays greater than 29 days.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
