The River House is one of three modern river front cabins located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The River House was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for 2 people or a small family. Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled in the privacy of the woods. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on our covered deck with river views.

Great break from hectic life

We enjoyed the quiet environment and the peaceful creek behind the cabin. Amenities were as advertised. Check in/out was seamless. Covered back patio with TV, chairs and hot tub were outstanding.

Look no further.

I can not say enough about this cabin. The owners were quick and easy to communicate with. The cabin was clean and cozy. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Hot Springs.

Quiet, Clean, With a View

This home was our perfect base camp for visiting Hot Springs National Park. It was close enough to enjoy the park and all that Hot Springs has to offer, but far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing. We loved hanging out in the hot tub overlooking the river. Jordan was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall, we’d recommend this stay to other families with young kids who can share a bed.

Great private getaway

When we drove up I was concerned that our back porch would not be as private as we had hoped. But upon closer inspection, there were awesome privacy screens that made it very secluded, with a great view of the babbling brook.

Perfect!!

This property was absolutely amazing. Provided the relaxing getaway I was looking for! The home was very clean and cozy. TV on the porch during hot tub time was a major hit for my other half! Check-in/check-out was very easy. I didn’t need to contact the host for extras but the communication we did have was very thorough and quick responses! I would absolutely stay in this home again as well as others this host may have!!!!

We booked this trip as a getaway to celebrate our 19th anniversary. From the booking to the check-in/out, the process was seamless. The property was just as described with beautiful views of the river. Our host was very helpful and always replied in a timely manner. We enjoyed our 3 night stay and will definitely book again in the future.

Anniversary weekend stay

The communication with the property owner was excellent. The messages were replied to quickly and they were detailed. The River House was a short, easy drive to Hot Springs so you don’t get caught up in the hustle unless you choose too. The amenities were five star and well thought out. The TV on the patio to watch football was my favorite. I have stayed in many rentals in this area, this is our favorite one now. We plan to stay again soon.

Very lovely cabin. Five Star

Our stay was great! The cabin has beautiful views and is quite comfortable inside. The cabin is decorated nicely and spacious very up to date and very clean! We had no problem locating the cabin. They even provided the best cookies ever in the kitchen as a welcome surprise. The porch, hot tub and firepit area are great for hanging out! The river behind the cabin is very pretty and relaxing. It's so peaceful and quiet- no road traffic! Will stay again.

Perfect romantic getaway/great location for Hot Springs

The place was exactly as described. We loved sitting on the deck, fishing for perch and playing in the creek behind the house. Location was perfect for quick trips into Hot Springs and not too far from Lake Ouachita. Communication was great, easy check-in & check out. We’ll be back for sure!

Absolutely Perfect!

This cabin is perfect in every way. The location is amazing and the river directly behind cabin is so beautiful and peaceful! The owners went above and beyond for us also when we had a minor issue (not anything their fault). I highly recommend booking this property!

Very nice little getaway

Great place to stay out of town. Everything was excellent. Internet is slow but I used my phone as a hotspot (AT&T) and had no issues with streaming. Living in the country myself I completely understand the internet issue. Will not hesitate to book again for a trip back to Hot Springs.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable & relaxing

Communication with property owner was outstanding!! Everything was very clean when we arrived. Very beautiful place to stay with a beautiful calming spring/river. Beautiful porch with an amazing spa hot tub facing the river. Well designed home with beautiful finishes. Wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area.

Incredible Stay!!

Wow, we loved this cabin so much!! Upon arrival, everything was as pictured along with some yummy treats from the local bakery. You can see that this place was made with love and the decor was so on point. There were even puzzles, kid's books, and all kinds of cooking supplies. The outdoor porch was so peaceful with the river, outdoor sitting, and hot tub. It was so apparent lots of thought went into making our stay the best! Thank you again for creating a space where memories were made for our family!

teven and I both grew up in a small town in Southwest Colorado. We grew up playing sports, enjoying the beautiful outdoors and doing all the fun random activities one can partake in in a small rural town. Steven and I have been married for 11 years now and we have three beautiful children: Maverick (8), Kamdon (6) and Blaikley (4). When we aren't busy with one of our boys' baseball tournaments or doing something girly with our little princess, you can find us hanging out with friends, taking long walks, or playing board games around the kitchen table.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We have lived in several places all over the country, however, when we came across this land in Hot Springs, we knew we had to make it ours. In the past we have flipped house, but we have longed to have a vacation rental to not only enjoy ourselves, but to share with others. We love to host, design, be creative and make new family memories and owning and creating this vacation rental from the ground up has fulfilled so many of our passions and dreams. We hope that when you stay with us you can feel and see all the special touches, thought and hard work that went into making this cabin a reality.
