• Jacuzzi Tub for Two: Pamper yourself with a luxurious soak in the oversized Jacuzzi tub for two under a private covered deck. The tub provides an ozone feature for a rejuvenating spa-like experience. ***Important Note: Hot tub is not operational when outdoor temperatures are freezing or below.

• Movie Lighting: Recessed lighting with dimmer settings for perfect movie-watching ambiance.

• Electric Fireplace: Set the mood with the cozy ambiance of an electric fireplace, perfect for cool evenings spent indoors.

• Fiber Optic Internet: Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet, perfect for work, streaming, or browsing during your stay.

• 58" TV: Enjoy your favorite movies and shows on the large flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, providing endless entertainment options.

• Outdoor Grill & Picnic Table: Fire up the grill and enjoy a delicious meal outdoors at the picnic table, surrounded by the beauty of nature.

• Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit in the evenings to relax with s'mores and enjoy the starry sky. Outside the cabin there is a fire pit area with four chairs beside it. It is okay to scavenge fallen branches for firewood near the fire pit, but please do not cut down any trees or other foliage.

• Complimentary Hot Drinks, Snacks, and S'mores Kit: The coffee maker is single serve, k-cup compatible. We provide a complimentary "starter" set of k-pods, including coffee (regular and decaf), tea, hot chocolate, and apple cider. If you need more during your stay or have specific flavors you like, feel free to bring your own pods, as well. We also provide a complimentary "snack bar," with various snacks and water bottles, and a "s'mores station".

• Guest Guide: A binder located under the tv that includes user guides for a number of appliances (thermostat, jetted tub, stereo, etc) inside the cabin. It also features local suggestions for attractions, restaurants, and more!

Additional Rules:
***Important Note: Jacuzzi tub is not operational when outdoor temperatures are freezing or below.
* This cabin is SMOKE-FREE, VAPE-FREE. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed in the following areas: inside the cabin, on the front porch, back deck, or within 15 ft of the cabin.
* Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
* No hair-dye
* Do not rearrange furniture
* Wipe up any spills promptly
* No pets
* Minimum age to book: 25

Check-Out Instructions:
- Put all used towels in the floor of the shower.
- Gather all trash from in and around cabin, fire pit, and picnic areas, and place bags in the large can to the left of the front of the cabin.
- Please wash any used dishes and place them on the drying mat by the sink. Any overflow dishes can be left and the sink.
- Make sure the jacuzzi power controls are turned off, tub is drained, and the cover is placed back over the tub.
- Leave the thermostat running with "Speed" on "Auto".
- Close and Lock all windows and doors.
