Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private three-bedroom home features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 80” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, cozy wood burning fireplace, laundry area, rooftop patio with ocean views, onsite parking, free high-speed Wi-Fi and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Beautiful home, easy to get to and check in process was smooth. We used it as a base for exploring San Francisco to the north and San Jose to the south. Enjoyed our 3 night there.

Family Stay for Daughter's Wedding

The house was the perfect size and location for our stay in Half Moon Bay for our daughter's wedding. The house is very spacious and super-clean. There was plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out. The beds are very comfortable, which is always a plus at a vacation rental. We especially appreciated the open family room with a large sectional where we could gather and watch TV. We would definitely recommend this property.

Homey, nicely decorated house

This property was comfortable and relaxing. Location is very good, close by the beach with a short walk to Spangler's market. House is well decorated and has character. Water pressure in showers could be better but overall a good place to stay.

Great get away for our family

This was a great home base for our Half Moon Bay adventures. It's an easy walk to the bay and quick drive to Mavericks Beach and other beaches in the bay. Also, easy access to some hiking trails by Quarry park. The home is well-maintained and offered everything we needed. Great for playing board games, watching a movie, cooking a good meal, and getting a good night's sleep.

Great house in Half Moon Bay

Perfect for getaway, short distance to the beach. The house was clean and well equipped. Close enough to the ocean to hear the seals in the morning. Very responsive owner and exactly the description. Had a great getaway. Thank you!

Perfect family house!

Very clean, comfortable house—modest but full kitchen, big TV and kitchen table, and great furniture for watching movies comfortably as a family, easy drives to beaches, hiking, restaurants. Floor plan very family friendly for teens—the kitchen/living room separate one bedroom and bath from the others. Showers are great! We rested and cooked had a lovely time. Only caveats: Beds are soft (good for some, not great for some) and there are a stairs to get into both doors so not accessible to everyone.

Old Fashioned Home

Lovely clean and charming home, we enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Our only issues were the beds in the back bedrooms, the mattresses are thin and uncomfortable. And the outside stairs are not well lit and don't have good handrails. Not a problem for most of us but were difficult for my mother so be aware if you have elderly folks in your group.

Excellent Locstion

We stayed in the house for over three weeks and found the location absolutely ideal—within walking distance to a grocery store, The Press coffee shop, Surfer's Beach, and nice restaurants like Sam's Chowder House and Indian Beach Curry. It’s also very close to Princeton Harbor, which we enjoyed exploring.The owner was consistently responsive and quick to reply to our messages, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed upon arrival to find the house much darker than expected and with a noticeable musty smell. The owner later mentioned that renovations are planned, which should help address these issues.The kitchen was functional, though it lacked matching dishware, which made it less ideal for hosting friends and family. This is something that could easily be improved. Also, while the listing features a large terrace in the photos, access to it is currently restricted, which was unexpected.Despite these shortcomings, we truly enjoyed our stay because of the unbeatable location and the owner's responsiveness.

Half Moon Bay

Location and quick response from host was great. Neighborhood is quite dark at night and entry into locked house was at front door only with sensor light at door that illuminates briefly when very close after walking up steps from ground level so personal light was needed at night. The side entry slider track was filled with dirty water the entire stay & we needed to close slider slowly to prevent splashing inside (host acknowledged problem). Tub and sink drains in 2nd bathroom were partially clogged and backed up with use. Too many personal items left in bathroom space. TV failed to turn on 3 days before end of stay. The mattresses in 2 small bedroom were uncomfortable.
