The maisonette is an independent single-storey and private annex of 33 m2 with equipped kitchen and terrace with garden area available.

Wood wool insulation:a good temperature in winter and a mild temperature in summer.

Organic paint, stretch ceilings.

Laminate flooring in the living room and bedroom, natural stone flooring in the bathroom.

1 comfortable bedroom with a large comfortable bed 2 places 160/200 with desk area (wifi connection)

Access can be independent with a key box outside. The code is then given by SMS in my absence.
