The vrbo was really nice and clean and had everything we needed. We had a small issue with something my nephew broke and Amy was really easy to communicate with and work with to get the challenge resolved. We were grateful to find this home. It fit us perfectly and was an easy check-in and check-out process. The kids loved being able to play at the small park area and pickleball courts. Hopefully next time it won’t be snowing so we can check out the pool and hot tub areas. Thank you for hosting us Amy!

Family Fun and a Sparkling Pool at Our St. George Getaway

We had so much fun at the St. George condo! The pool was definitely the highlight. The condo was super clean and well maintained. It was the perfect, cozy place for gathering with family.

Plenty of space for large groups

We loved our stay. Plenty of space and beds for large groups. We loved the kitchen and family room area where everyone could hang out. The beds are super comfy and bathrooms are spacious. Location is great and private. It is close to the pool and playground.

We enjoyed our stay. The house fit our group of 12 (2 families) nicely. Beds were comfortable. We liked the separate AC controls in each room. Community pool was fun for kids.

This was a fabulous place to stay especially for multiple or larger families. The house was stocked with all the necessities (towels, dishes, appliances, coffee, laundry detergent, etc.). My kids had a blast at the pool with the rock slide and the playground. It is a close drive to Thunder Junction the all abilities park as well.

Our family had a wonderful weekend in St. George. This is a beautiful townhome-it is just as clean and bright in real life as it is in the photos. Check-in and check-out were easy; we had no issues. Amy answered the couple of questions I had very quickly. Our group of 11 (10 adults and a baby) was very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. The living room sofa, beds, and bedding were all comfortable. We used the hot tubs and pool every day (plenty of pool towels!). It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. If we ever run the St. George Marathon again, we will definitely try to stay here.

Very lovely experience

The place looks just like the pictures, and is very spacious. Everyone in my family had their own space to relax & to come together in common spaces. Easy check in & out. Amy has great communication through the app. One person in my party had forgotten something and didn’t realize until after check out. Amy was very understanding and let us retrieve our items before we left St George. Would recommend 10/10

A great place for a getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this property. We were four older adults (50ish) coming down to enjoy a show, and we stayed Friday night through Sunday morning. The property is just as it appears in the images. The rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms to use, and the property was spotlessly clean. We had a few hiccups -- there was parking right out front and the owner mentioned the unit was supposed to have parking, but those spots were always full. It was a big event weekend in the city (the St. George Marathon), so that was probably the reason, but we ended up finding a spot just a short walk away. Speaking of the owner, she was great. We had a few questions for her and she was very prompt with her answers. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

Great location! Not as clean as I would have liked..hair in one of the showers upstairs, my pillow case had a black mark on it which made me question if it was clean or not. The host told us before we came that the dishwasher was broken so I had to bring paper goods for our party of 9. The refrigerator wasn't clean either. It needed to be wiped down from previous food drips. Other than these small things, we enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for your feedback. Cleaning issues have been discussed with cleaning crew so there will be no further problem with that and I won’t allow for an early check-in when I have a same day turnaround like I allowed for your party. Dishwasher has been replaced. There was plenty of dish soap and towels so cleaning dishes by hand could’ve been an option as well.

Fun Getaway to St George

Our family of 6 just stayed at this property. There was plenty of space for all of us. The house was exceptionally clean and well organized. Checking in was a breeze. The host was great at getting back to us quickly when we had a question. We liked the location since it was close to lots of hikes, mountain biking trails, and restaurants. When we come back into town we will definitely come back here. I highly recommend this cute home for a stay in Southern Utah. 😊

We recently decided we wanted to share our beautiful townhome on VRBO so that other people can enjoy beautiful St. George as much as we do! We hope that you will build many memories coming to visit and exploring this amazing town and all it has to offer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is centrally located in the middle of St. George so that it is close to all of Washington County surrounding cities. We love to ride dirt bikes, atv, utv, and bicycles behind our unit is a super fun trail with some very fun rocks formations to explore.
We also love boating so Sand Hollow which is located 30 minutes away is just a hop, skip, and a jump from our townhome. You can also explore the sand or rock climbing in Sand Hollow as well.
The property is also close to Tuacahn so you are able to spend an evening enjoying the creativity of the the theater.
St. George has many fun parks, biking trails, and golf courses you can spend days alone exploring each of their amazing ammenities.

One of the biggest attractions of our townhome is the pool and hot tub. The pool is big enough that when more than one guest is swimming you doesn't feel crowded. The hot tube has a serine waterfall that is calming and beautiful to look at. The pool and hot tub area is one you could spend your entire day or trip soaking up the rays of the sun.
The townhome is also located in smaller complex so that during popular weekends you are not overcrowded. It is the perfect escape from the big city!
