The kitchen has been fully updated with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and herringbone marble tile. It is well-stocked for the home cook and offers both Keurig and traditional coffee brewing options. The unit has 4 areas to dine or to enjoy your morning coffee, offering indoor and outdoor views.

A large rear balcony offers gorgeous views from the living room and primary bedroom. The living room offers many options which include a comfortable recliner. It has a large TV. The dining room table can be extended to accommodate a larger group. WIFI is provided at no extra charge to enhance your entertainment.

The property boasts a direct oceanfront pool and jacuzzi spa. The community room offers a small workout area and pool table to enjoy. 24 Hour Secured access to property and parking. Parking is located under the building with a dedicated spot provided.

It's just a short drive to larger towns for more dining options including Orlando, which is just an hour away.

Located in the premier Towers 8 & 9 property, this unit requires a 30 day rental, which maintains the quality of the unit and the property. Rentals typically begin on the first of the month depending on unit availability. If you are interested in coming mid-month, please contact the property manager directly before booking the property to ensure your reservation can be accepted. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
