The Space:
Zuni Lofts is a curated guest experience, blending cool contemporary loft-style stays with local lifestyle, for the down-to-earth modern traveler and their pup (pet fee required - Please see rules for details).

All of our lofts come equipped with the amenities necessary for a happy, healthy, and productive lifestyle, such as: designer-grade kitchens and spacious, impeccably designed, and decorated living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows (hellloooo views) and excellent natural light (big golden hour vibes).

Each specific unit at Zuni Lofts represents a small business in the neighborhood. These forty-four different partnerships allow our guests to have a plethora of benefits available to them while out and about in LoHi- such as discounts and promo codes for food, drinks, wellness, art, etc. In return, this helps to support our local economy and lifts up our neighbors.

Local Artist-Inspired
We've collaborated with local artists to create a space for guests which is reflective of the creative energy of Denver's art community. In our lofts, you will find pieces from Denver-based artists: Sam Prudden, Nikita Coulombe, and Becky Pollard.

The Neighborhood:

But first, coffee!
Coffee shops are a-plenty in the neighborhood. with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are all so close by and are equally as great.

We are also surrounded by the city’s best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc.

Vacation Libations anyone?
Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a very popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer! Recess, Avanti, Lady Jane, and Forest Room 5 are also great places for vacation libations.

Traveling with kids?
Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approx 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo!

Retail Therapy:
There are many located rooted boutiques in the neighborhood such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.

Music Lover:
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor
venues in the entire world. If you love music, or outdoor movies, we definitely suggest checking out their online schedule and purchasing tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. *Inquire directly about limo/ party bus services.

Connect with Nature:
If you’re into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks- Sloan’s Lake being the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park.

We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. This is what Colorado is known for and we hope you take advantage of being so close.

Perfect Weekend Trip

The property was gorgeous, safe, and clean. Perfect location for walking and had so many fun places around. We loved exploring the area and I wish our stay was longer and just the weekend! Can’t wait to stay again.

Perfect space and location

The property’s location was perfect, we walked everywhere. The space had everything we needed, was quiet and comfortable, and easy to access. The management company was super responsive, and we never had to wait for information. Would highly recommend!

Smart Condo in a great location!

This is an ideal option for someone in the downtown area for business or pleasure. The condo is close to the downtown area with a very contemporary feel and sleek, modern design. The building was quiet with interesting amenities and we had easy access to lots of local restaurants and activities. The apartment was very clean; the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely appointed. We very much enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others and stay again! Thank you!

Home away from home

Great rental in a central, quiet part of the Highland neighborhood in Denver. Included a well stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking and baking. For our longer stay, it was much appreciated to have access to consumables such as spices, oil, shower soaps, laundry pods, dish soap etc. Laundry machines were fantastic, appliances were all top of the line. Effortless stay were very quick to respond to questions and helped us with extending our stay at a reasonable rate. Would highly recommend, especially if you'll be in town for more than a week.

Perfect little getaway

My friend and I went to Denver for the weekend and this was the perfect location! Many things to do and see within walking distance. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we could have wanted or needed for a quick little girls trip. The security of the door codes was an added bonus. It definitely helped us feel safe. We will be back!
