The accomodations were perfect for our trip. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was warm and comfy. There were plenty of towels for the kitchen and bath. Overall a great trip.

Our biggest issue with the property is that it’s listed as “private” but it isn’t private at all. So I’m not sure if that’s on VRBO or the owner. The rental is a basement that has been turned into a small apartment. The only thing separating the stairwell to the main floor are small garbage cans set in front of the stairs. During the course of our entire stay we could hear creaking floors, footsteps, flushing toilets, muffed voices, so well I could tell someone was doing the dishes. We found a few areas of the space that hadn’t been cleaned; a few dishes, the bathroom sink, and the rugs. The space was okay on the “pet-friendly” scale. If our dog wanted to he could have easily moved around the garbage cans that led upstairs so we had to keep him in one specific room behind closed doors. He was also agitated by the random noises from upstairs and people he could hear. There were lots of pet cleaning products around in case of any accidents.the yard would've been nice to have him run around and play in but it felt like we could’ve been watched by the people upstairs because the windows to the upstairs had the shades open.Overall the space was cute, practical for a couple with an animal if they are okay basically staying in someone’s basement while they remain upstairs.

What an adorable perfect place to stay! Especially with my two pups in tow! Nice and cozy and the fenced back yard for the boys was awesome!! Would definitely stay again in the future!!!

Fantastic private accommodations with a large bathroom. The location is excellent and it was nice to have the trails right across the road. It was also a great surprise to have the host stock various items like water for us!

Second time and still fantastic. Last time, one of my dogs LOVED running through the leaf piles, but this time they were raked up. But my pups still loved the big backyard and state park across the street. Great neighborhood. Wonderful communication. Can’t wait to go back again!

Host was great at communication. Was awesome to have a back yard that was fenced in for our dog. Just up the road was a park you could walk to, lots of open spaces to walk in the area.Jacob had coffee, tea even dog food in a pinch. Thanks Jacob!

Peaceful and has all the amenities you could need. The Denver allergens did not agree with me and the humifier in the room was very helpul. Bed was comfy, plush towels, and has a great yard for the pup to explore. Great walking trails and the location is great. Has shopping and plenty of restaurants close by. No complaints.

Great location and was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting my son. It was close to everything we needed and we felt very safe/comfortable. The basketball hoop was a HUGE hit for my boys!

This basement apartment was cute, clean, and had what we needed for a quick stay in the Denver area. I wish we would have had one more day to check out the state park that was located right out the back door. Jacob was helpful in answering questions before our stay. The check in and check out process was super easy! It wasn't clear, until after a little digging, that this was not it's own stand-alone rental. It would probably be helpful to add into the initial description that this is a basement apartment attached to a house.

I think the property is an absolute gem. It’s roomie. It’s completely stocked with everything and anything one could need. It’s well kept and taken care of and the host is excellent. The yard is gorgeous and fenced and it sits across the street from a huge park, lakes and wildlife preserve. Can’t get much better than that! I would absolutely stay there again.

Our third time to stay here. Jacob is a wonderful host with great communication. The apartment is stocked very well, and is always clean and comfortable. And the dogs love the fenced backyard.We’ll be back!

Excellent location next to Cherry Creek State Park. Extremely dog friendly. Felt very, relaxed, safe, and secure in home for myself and dogs. Backyard is oasis of beautiful fruit trees, birds and squirrels, nice sounds in early morning, upper scale neighborhood. Came in at 11 PM. No problem with self entry. Owner went out of his way to accommodate our needs. If I ever visit Denver again, this is definitely where I will stay!

We had a lovely stay. Listing photos were accurate. Jacob was very responsive to messages and even allowed us to check in an hour early. The apartment was comfortable. And the location next to a state park was great for walking the dog in the morning.

This VRBO is just what we needed, and more. Fenced backyard for the dogs, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a large shower, kitchenette stocked with dishes, an air fryer/oven, Keurig, and microwave. Plus the bathroom and kitchen both contain many niceties— tea, coffee, shampoo, body wash, and a lot more! All in a nice neighborhood that is great for walking. We’ll be back!

This pet-friendly apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood and very convenient location. The space is large, with a separate laundry room and a huge bedroom. I worried that, being a basement apartment, there would be a lot of noise from upstairs. It was much quieter than a commercial hotel! The squirrel that hung out in the back yard was not real keen about having a dog in the yard! Too bad. It is a safe and nice place to hang out with your pup.

I stayed here for several weeks for a work trip and the accommodations were perfect for me and my dogs! The kitchen was very workable, and the yard was extremely convenient to let my dogs out into. The hosts were excellent communicators and helpful throughout my stay!
