Newly built home designed just for YOU! Close to the Gulch, Mid-town and Downtown Nashville (6-8 minutes). This 3 LEVEL ROOFTOP townhome is spacious and has plenty of room for large groups. The home features 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private rooftop with a hot tub making for the ultimate getaway to relax and/or mingle as you view the city lights of Downtown Nashville. Look no further as you are 2-3 miles away from all the best Nashville scenes and attractions!
Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, two sets of washers and dryers, and plenty of space making this your *luxurious* home away from home. The first floor has the first set of washer/dryer with a king bedroom with a full bathroom attached. The second floor makes for the ultimate entertainment space with a full kitchen and living/dining area that can comfortably entertain all your guests. The second floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a queen air mattress located in the bedroom closet. The third floor houses the second set of washer/dryer, two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with two queen beds. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. Last but not least, the amazing rooftop has an outdoor seating area with your own personal hot tub with amazing views of the city.
Our home comes with ample, free street parking. Lyft and Uber are both available in Nashville and are a reasonable options to get to wherever you'd like to go. They start at around $6 to get downtown depending on size of car and requested times.

Stunning Stay

This property was beautiful! The four bedrooms were clean with extremely comfortable beds, with baths for each as an amazing perk! Easy Uber or Lyft to downtown and the other surrounding nightlife places that were a must see for a visitor to Nashville.

Nice place to stay while visiting Nashville

My son and friends got together to visit Nashville prior to his wedding. We did some bar crawling, top golf, and hung out at the property. The property is nice. Parking was plentiful. Slept 9 comfortably. All the instructions and services were great as well. Loved showing up with groceries and beverages all put up so we could just focus on hanging out and enjoying the city. Would stay again without hesitation.

The neighborhood looks a little concerning but we never had any problems. Parked our passenger van on the street all 4 nights with no issues. Could use a little more seating on the main level.

This an absolutely amazing experience. celebrated my 50th birthday in heaven. Thank you Deron for sharing this. one of my friends had a book published and left you a signed copy. They are also muscians with my husband. You can't go wrong staying here. Would recommend to anyone. Honest people, clean, beautiful!

Clean, great for 4 couples

Property is as listed. Neighborhood is a little rough but lots of security to get into the facility. Only complaints is that the hot tub was definitely not hot. We tried turning up heat at the beginning of stay and temperature got to maybe a luke-warm bath water. Also the coffee-maker is a single Keurig. Would have been nice to have that in the listing for 8 adults needing caffeine in the morning.

First time Nashville Visitors

This was the first time to Nashville for all eight in our group. The rental was exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely. We loved having the bedrooms on separate floors, gave everyone the privacy they needed. Communication with property managers was great. Coming and going was easy. We mostly utilized Uber for getting to Broadway, easy to order and very quick pick-ups. A couple of things that we all agreed would make the rental near perfect would be that a TV be added to the upper-level bedroom, we greatly missed watching a little TV before bed and when we woke up, just habit. A full-length mirror would be a great addition, in a centralized location. And finally, provide dark makeup remover wash cloths, it's tough to keep the white linens makeup free. Some of the verbiage used in the "rules" seemed a bit harsh but I'm sure necessary for some guests. We all agreed that we would stay at this property again if we get a chance to visit again.

Perfect for Large Groups

Super clean place with comfy beds and a great upstairs patio/hot tub combo! The living space inside is nice, too. Bedrooms are split amongst each level of the house, so you’re not all staying on the same floor. And there’s plenty of restrooms/showers, too! The gated garage access was nice, as well as, the easy to use front door pad. It was fabulous for when multiple of us wanted to come and go at different times; we didn’t have to consistently trade off keys. Felt relatively safe with the alarm system, security guard on the weekend, and gate garage access. The neighborhood isn’t the BEST, but we didn’t have any issues at all. The property manager was so helpful when I accidentally set off the alarm and couldn’t figure out how to turn it off after not being able to enter the code on the front door pad to let me in. Hint: if you’ve got long nails, use your knuckle to enter your key code! 😂 One thing to improve here would be adding a few full length mirrors for us ladies who need to check the full fit before going out! 😂 All in all, it was a win location!

Very satisfied.

Property is great, very accommodating. We did have a security guard for Friday night only and he was very friendly. Would definitely stay again but would suggest floor length mirrors! Thank you again for everything!
