this is a very sweet condo with an awesome ocean view. The host is very communicative and accommodating as long as you are not looking to be directly on a beach which my wife and I were not then this is truly the perfect set up with an awesome ocean view a nice swimming pool but most importantly very convenient parking lot with a parking spot just feed from the room. Relatively convenient to amenities and shopping having a full kitchen and washer and dryer was a huge plus we cannot wait to get back and this will be our preferred destination.

The location, amenities and service were above expectations.

We are first timers to St Thomas. What a wonderful first visit in a beautiful cove view condo with sunset views. The pools were relaxing and the food at Mims 5 star. See you next year!

Wonderful home away from home!

We loved our stay at Paradise Palm. Such a beautiful condo with every amenity you could think of needing. Conveniently located between Red Hook and Charlotte Amalie. Our hosts were great with communication and the check in/out process with the property manager went smoothly. Great comfortable condo with amazing views! We would (and hope to)return!

Perfect choice!

The condo was pristine and well equipped. The location was great, with a few nice restaurants very close by and the supermarket and the ferry to St. John a short drive away. The view from the balcony is beautiful and serene. The property manager was great, and I would give the overall experience five stars

This was one of our favorite vacations ever! The oceanfront condo was perfect for my wife and I. It was very clean and well-stocked with all the essential needs. The owners are attentive to details, like labeling every cupboard, closet, and storage area so that finding what we need is easy. They provide beach chairs, a small cooler, beach bags, snorkeling gear, and more. The host, Brad, met us at the condo upon our arrival and helped familiarize us with the condo and grounds. And he also gave us recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and other attractions. The sunset views from the lanai are stunning, and you can’t beat enjoying the morning coffee while watching waves roll in right in front. Rob, the condo owner, was very responsive and helpful as we were planning for the trip, and he was always quick to answer any questions we had. We loved our stay, and are already making plans for a return trip!

Breath taking!!

This was our 1st time in St. Thomas and our condo was excellent!! Awesome view!! The condo was clean, pretty and had everything we needed! I would most definitely stay there again. Thank you Rob and host Brad.

Property manager was fabulous. Looked after making sure everything was perfect. Condo in great location in quiet area. Perfect for what we were looking for.

We absolutely love to travel to warm locations to enjoy the beach, ocean, snorkeling and other offerings you can only find by traveling away from home. We loved St. Thomas from the start and even though we like to travel abroad, we chose to anchor on St. Thomas. We love to stay at vacation rental homes and are just paying forward the offerings for all to enjoy.

It's the best. The view is outstanding. Open up the double sliding glass doors and the smells and breezes are fantastic. Plus, the sound of the waves is unmatched. Pure Relaxation

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The association is having its own Reverse Osmosis installed for drinking water. The water is fine on its own, this is only an enhancement. We do have a Brita filter for our guests all the same.

The pool is immaculate and located on a cliff with 180 degree view of the sea. It is unmatched.

A huge benefit is that we are one of only a handful of associations that have our own generator. Power goes out on the Island somewhat frequently. But, with our generator, you will always have power.
