Nautical cabana-style condo

This condo was Very CLEAN and updated! This Condo had everything you needed and more! This condo had a washer and dryer which made the stay even nicer! A Parking area! Great location, had a great resturant/bar on site… which had great food, all the beach supplies and even bikes! Would come back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year going through Marco Island vacation properties. Once again we had an enjoyable stay. Condo was clean and our stay was excellent. Will be back again next year. Looking forward to our next stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: H2O four was a very nice condo. Everything you could use. The only cons was it could use an updated couch and the new sliders they should clean the outside occasionally you could not see out very well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Everything seemed new and more than what we needed. Sheets were comfy and so were the beds. Plenty of wonderful thick towels. We had an issue with watering leaking in the wall/window. Property managements was very responsive and helped wipe up the water. However, we could not open windows or the patio doors and it was very musty in the lower level. The showers and counters were extremely clean. The floors, rugs, carpets and material furniture were very duty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean well stocked condo. Great location. Comfortable beds. However multiple maintenance issues, management was very responsive but a pain to deal with on vacation.
