Accommodations are tailored for flexible group arrangements, featuring a queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom, a full bed in the secondary bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area, along with an available elevated queen-size air mattress for additional sleeping needs.

Situated just off Highway 79 near the final rest area, the guest house offers prime positioning directly along the gravel night race route for Hotter'n Hell Hundred participants. To ensure a seamless stay and maintain high property standards, explicit guidelines are established for all stays. Total guest counts must be accurately disclosed at the time of the initial reservation request, as subletting or unapproved visitors are strictly prohibited, and any changes to the party size will incur a fee of $25 per night per person.

Guests are expected to leave the property in the condition it was found, supported by a $250 refundable damage and cleaning deposit, which is waived for approved returning renters.

Additionally, the property strictly enforces a no-pet policy; bringing animals onto the premises will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund and an assessed $500 pet fee.
