*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

This condo features specially curated furniture, and there's plenty of room for everyone to find comfortable seating. There's also plenty of room for everyone in the full kitchen to help cook meals on the full-size appliances. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, or keep it casual at the breakfast bar. The private washer/dryer will take care of your beach towels while you relax. In addition to everything at this lovely condo, guests can enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, and fitness center during their stay. There's just so much to enjoy!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
