*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

This beautiful, third-floor, Gulf-front condo includes floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and primary bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale and gorgeous getaway include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, a cooktop stove and oven, a microwave and a dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath includes a whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. Each of the three bedrooms and living room has a TV to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. The private balcony has a table and chairs to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset.

On-site perks include pools, a children's splash pad, a gym, and beachfront access with shower/rinse-off stations.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
