Clean and spacious

The location was great, we were able to go to the springs and enjoy them. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay at this property again.

Great getaway!

The property was clean and well equipped! Very close the beautiful Ichetucknee Springs, dogs fully enjoyed their time in the large yard and no huge risk of ever losing them!

Great place!

Perfect spot to enjoy the nearby Ichetucknee River for the day and private park access that comes with the house! Comfy beds, big couch to enjoy a movie with the family after a day of kayaking, and lots of room for game night. The house was clean and meet all the needs for our family getaway. Tom is super responsive, responded to any questions immediately and provided us with all the info for a great weekend!

Perfect spot close to river

We used this house as a part of a company retreat. We had 2 other homes on the river nearby and needed a third house for some of our team. It worked out perfectly for us. The owner was great with communication and the house was well equipped (even with movement sensors to turn lights on, which can be a challenge when you are renting a house and dont know where the switches are in the dark!).

Like camping in a house with river access

We choose this property for the keyed access to the parks on the river with the convenience of a house in a wooded setting. We stayed in December. The firepit and available cut firewood made for a relaxing time. The grill was too rusted for our use and we did not bring a grill mat. We were very grateful for the ability to bring both our dog and our friend’s dog. The yard is fully fenced and secure for our dogs, however consider the neighbors dogs along the secure metal wired fence line. There were a few toys available for our friends’ children age 4 and 16 months but they wish they had brought more themselves. There is a regular coffee maker with a reusable filter. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful at nighttime. We had a great time and would stay again.

Great 3 River Estates Property

This home in the 3 Rivers Estates community hit all the right marks: Great layout Plenty of room for a family of four (more could fit as well) Everything worked and the property was clean and well equipped Dog friendly Plenty of privacy and nature abounds Next door neighbors were delightful Close to the Ichetucknee, Santa Fe, and Suwannee Rivers including the Ichetucknee State Park which has the Blue Hole and other points of interest. The 3 Rivers development has 7 or 8 parks, three of which have boat ramps and picnic facilities. The parks require key access which is provided by the homeowner. One of the parks is at the confluence of the Iche and Santa Fe rivers. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, SUPing, and boating. Local IGA has a good selection of produce and groceries. The local gas station (Inland) has some surprisingly good hot food. Local produce stand has killer tamales and tacos prepared daily. Bring your bikes and water toys! We loved it. We'll be back!

Karen, you were absolutely a great guest to have. I would absolutely love to have you come and see us again in the future . I plan on getting more things for the house for people to do. Like getting some kayaks for people to use on the river. I am constantly learning on how to make my guests stay more comfortable and rememberable. If anybody else ever plans on hosting for Karen. She is one of the best guest you will ever have. thank you Karen. I can’t wait to see you again

Family Fun Weekend

This was a wonderful stay. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was already there. Very clean and spacious for our family of 6. We highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Great Place to stay !

Property was perfect for what we wanted. Everything was clean as expected. The fenced yard made it nice for our dog. The surrounding rivers and springs made for a "forest-like" setting. We would definitely consider this place again!
