This ground level, 3 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, set of full bunk beds with full trundle) 2 bath condo is the perfect fit for you vacation stay. Our family fell in love with Okaboji and we are certain you will too!

This property has a spacious living area with a super comfortable couch. The master bathroom has a double sink and walk in shower. Bathroom 2 has a tub/shower full bathroom. We have for your use 4 twin and 1 queen air mattresses. Infant playpen, coffee maker, additional ice maker, margarita machine etc. to make your stay more like home!

This property has a limited view of the lake and an outdoor deck with a grill and patio table and chairs. Campfire seating just in front of the building for a beautiful view of the lake!
This property also is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Just yards away from the Boji splash park and zipline. With your booking, you will receive 6 daily waterpark passes for additional enjoyment!

Quick weekend in Okoboji

Took a group of 8 girlfriends up to Okoboji for the weekend and had an awesome stay here! The kitchen was so lovely and the unit was tidy and clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Such a great stay! One of the better properties we’ve stayed in. Very well kept, comfortable, clean and had everything we need. Great location being on the water and kids loved the water park. And just a 5 minute drive from the Emporium shops and amusement park. Also Jeanette was so awesome to work with. She was so responsive and willing to help. A great stay and we look forward to coming back!

Came down from the Twin Cities for our daughters 13th birthday and have been to this resort before but not the condos. The Condo was amazing and so spacious and right across from the water park and the restaurants. Owner was very responsive from start to finish. There were six of us in the condo and we had more than enough room. We would definitely stay there again.

Although the outside of property was under construction at the time, our overall stay was very nice. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen, extra air mattresses, and was in very nice condition.

Not ready to receive guests due to remodel to exterior and interior.

The 1st thing that needs to be said is that the owner was very helpful, apologetic and she refunded every penny. She did not know the real state of the condo at the time we were there. We arrived to find that the building was being remodeled. There was no building ID number above the building entry door. The exterior, the decks, windows and patio doors were in various states of completion. Once in the building we found that the hallway leading to the condo entry had lumber piled all along both sides. The interior of the condo at 1st glance seemed O.K. However, it soon became evident that the the new large LR window and patio door were not completed. The Anderson plastic coating was still on them and the trim around both was missing. They had been put in place with the finishing work yet to be done.to One bedroom had extra furniture placed in it. Window screens were placed in there too. The bed was partially covered with plastic. It was very dusty. There was lumber/trim/moulding piled behind the couch. There was construction dust everywhere. The deck had a muddy plywood floor. LARGE construction equipment had been parked right by the patio.The condo seemed like it might have been perfect for our family. We took several pictures just to document what we saw. I suggest you ask for recent/current pictures that would assure you that this project is perfectly finished before you rent. We saw no mention of the remodel on VRBO. This is a lesson learned for us. Ask questions!

Property was beautiful, clean, well,cared for. In good location, easy to get to places we wanted to go. Our property manager was Jeanette Marx. Good to work with her!
