Family vaca

The house was lovely and Tanya was fantastic at responding, even though she was also traveling. We were at capacity with 14 people and definitely had room for everyone. Would recommend this rental to anyone.

Family Getaway

From check in to checkout, it was a breeze! The house is just as pictured. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and we took advantage of the pool and beach toys provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Girl's Weekend

We had a really nice stay in the Cape Coral house. The house was beautifully decorated and was very well stocked with plenty of towels and kitchenware. We had no trouble checking in and finding the house. The only improvements I would recommend would be to have a place to put clothing in the smaller full-sized bed bedroom, along with a nightside lamp and fan like the other rooms had. The outside pool area was beautiful with a small kitchen and comfortable chairs. We were disappointed when the heater was broken but Tanya compensated us for the inconvenience. There were no restaurants etc within walking distance but a short ride away we found places to eat. We spent a nice afternoon on Sanibel Island as well. Overall we enjoyed our vacation at Tanya's house.

Comfy Home away from Home

Home away from home

Our extended family all got together for a wedding nearby. The home is just gorgeous, well organized, clean, and well stocked. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tanya was amazing to work with! We had 13 people in that house and nobody ever felt crowded. We all agree that this was one of the best vacations we’ve had yet!

Beautiful Home

Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was so organized and labeled for the ease of finding things. We all enjoyed the fun time in the pool. Certainly would stay again.

Great Cape location

Tanya was very accommodating, she communicated effectively prior to booking. Once I booked on short notice I was able to get in that same day! This was my first time ever renting a home before and I dare say it is definitely preferred as I have two dogs who will not leave in a boarding facility. I was comfortable and my pups moved in nicely for the nine days. Location is quiet and backyard is private. The neighbors are friendly which is nice and welcoming too. Tanya was quick to check in with me to make sure we were comfortable. She was very friendly in chats and provided information as needed. The home is well furnished and definitely nice for a family to enjoy with two living spaces with one being geared towards kids. The conveniences were modern, tastefully decorated. Loved being able to garage my vehicle. Close to the heart of the Cape with shopping and restaurants nearby and short ride over one bridge away for Fort Myers activities as well. I do want to emphasize the experience was lovely, terrific hosts and extra touches such a small pantry of spices and basic goods available such as paper towel, soap, tp and more. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great Stay for Spring Break

We had a great time for Spring Break! Plenty of room for all. The Pool was amazing and the kitchen was impeccably furnished and had every utensil you could need. The plates, silverware, etc. all was labeled nice and great quality. The other rentals we have had never had nice pots or pans, this place was amazing and had great cooking supplies. The outdoor shower came in handy with the kiddos as well. Huge bonus for all the beach supplies. Cooler, wagon, chairs!! Great place for families!

Beautiful Oasis

The house was a perfect place for our family to relax and play. My kids enjoyed the pool so much that they preferred it over the beach! The home has all the amenities for a memorable family vacation.

Great house

The house was very nice and accommodated or family of 8. There were baby items which were greatly appreciated. The only downfall was the pool never got above 76 degrees so the kids were not able to enjoy the pool.

Family vacation

The house was very welcoming and had everything we needed. The pool area was nice and we appreciated having chairs and other items for the beach too. The heated pool was so nice and the neighborhood is quiet. Close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and the beach. The property agent, Tanya, was very nice and responded to messages quickly. She even gave suggestions of places to go while in the area. We will stay again in the future.
