Perfect Weekk on the Water!

We absolutely loved our week in Cape Coral! This precious property is located on a canal with fast, easy access to the intercoastal waterway which leads directly out to the gorgeous blew green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We were able to walk straight from the swimming pool and lanai out to the dock, board our boat, and be sitting on a completely private beach in North Captiva within 90 minutes. It was a social distancing dream! Dolphins and manatees daily for a bonus!

Cape Coral Rental

AC in home did not seem adequate. Hot water not adequate. Property manager Chris quickly addressed problem. However we never got hot water in master bath. AC couldn’t keep up with heat of the season. We could not get hot tub jets to work at all. Wooden tiki hut on dock was not usable. Chairs would have broken and collapsed if an pressure put on them let alone someone sit on them. Disappointing for us.

Beautiful home

House was cozy for our needs. We were in town for a baseball tournament at 5 Plex and this house was a wonderful place and the sunset from the pool area was amazing . Everything we needed for our stay..

Great holiday getaway

We loved the house; very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and the spa and pool were great. Pool took longer to heat than we anticipated but the owner was very responsive and helpful. It was a perfect place to spend the holidays!

All that you need is here, you can kayak on canal, 2 minutes drive to yacht club beach. Pool and spa are benefits for kids.

Fabulous home away from home!

You know you have rented the right place when you are out playing on vacation and you are happy to get back to the property because it is so comfortable and has everything you need. The Pool/hot tub in the screened lanai was were we spent a ton of time and was wonderful. When we did have a couple questions/needs the amazing Kayla was there!!! A property manager of this caliber is priceless!!! Would definitely recommend 😃

Amazing! In ever way this property is perfect, girls annual trip and we will book this again. Den area off kitchen added great additional sleeping. Location was perfect too, I am familiar with the area and it is close to grocery, restaurants, bars, shopping, you name it. VERY clean!

I have no idea where to start. This was the perfect property. The house was sparkling clean. The character and uniqueness of the house set up and decor made me feel so happy inside. It was more than just a vacation house. it was a week of pure bliss. Everything we needed was supplied. Toilet paper, napkins, plates, cups, silverware. We were able to make an entire Eastern dinner. It has a double oven, and the rest of the appliances are top notch. The rooms were perfect and the bathrooms were amazing. The house also came with plenty of towels and other necessities. The pool was great and the spa got nice and hot. The outside space was used all day and night, very cool setup. The dock in the back was great. My daughter and I caught some fish off of the dock. It was beautiful sitting out there night and day. My family and I will definitely be booking this property again in the future. The very best part of our stay is how welcomed we felt. The property management company had a woman named Kayla that worked for them and she was perfect. She made us feel so comfortable and even answered my text on Easter Day. She might have been the nicest person I have ever come in contact with in my life, and Im not kidding. She made our trip perfect. The only one bad thing that happened is the pool lady was very rude. We had a small issue and she kept telling us that the owners refuse to get the equipment fixed correctly and that their setup is horrible. At one point the filter kept clicking on and off because the pool needed water and she said, who cares if it breaks. She also asked me to add hours of water to the pool multiple times. I felt as though I was on vacation not taking care of the pool for her. She had a horrible attitude as well. I would highly recommend this property.

Pool and hot tub were both cold. Heater was not working.

The owners knew geat was not working when they left the home the same day we checked in. The pump/heater unit was opened with live wires exposed. Seemed wuite dangerous to us. Totally had it getting run around about it getting fixed so we left the home. This home should not be rented out.

everything was very clean and neat. We really enjoyed ourselves. The bed and sofa were a little to soft for our liking and the pool lights did"nt work, but that did not deter us from reserving this house for a three week stay next year. We are looking forward to it already!

Lovely Spot

We had a great time over Christmas Break. Any issues we had were quickly dealt with by Chris. The house is updated in most areas and has all the amenities listed.
