Nuestra casa de vacaciones está situada en un 200 pies de ancho canal de acceso del Golfo con orientación al sur en SW Cape Coral deseada. Cuenta con dos camas tamaño queen en la suite principal. Los otros dos dormitorios con dos camas individuales cada uno están compartiendo un baño completo situado entre estos cuartos de la cama.
Hay una hermosa piscina climatizada con energía solar en un jardín paisajístico tropical, por lo que se convierte en el lugar ideal para unas vacaciones relajantes y no verá una factura de electricidad alta por calentar la piscina.

Hay una mesa de billar billar en la sala grande que proporciona una gran vista de la zona de la piscina para el gran canal.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

My two kids(7 and 3), wife and I had a blast in the enclosed backyard pool on spring break. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and close resturants. There are a lot of glass items in the house, you may need to be careful about them if you have young children. Overall it was a good time.

Family Trip

Overall, the property was great. Nice location, pool was great. It would've been perfect except for the mattresses. The beds were extremely firm. We like pretty firm mattresses, but these were too firm even for us. We ended up trying the twin beds due to how firm the master beds were, and they were a bit better. Wouldn't have been too bad for a shorter stay, but we stayed a week. The kids didn't seem to have any issues but the adults did. Would stay again, for a shorter trip.

The pool was dirty, the bikes had flat tires, and all the pool ques were broke. He said we could bring dog then tried to charge for it. We worked with him on everything he asked with his broken garage door so he could get it fixed while we were there. He left us a very rude comment in the message section about not putting the pool furniture back! We will never rent from him again and his actions/comments reflect very poorly on VRBO!! We have used VRBO multiple times and have never had such a bad experience!!!

well your statement is simply not true as the garage door was damaged just minutes before you arrived and the repair was no impact to you as it had been performed while you were not present and the tech did not enter the home. Fact is that you entered the home early without asking or just informing me and you left late without permission or notice. You moved furniture with upholstery outside in a not covered area and exposed it the elements. All previous and very most likely future reviews proof whom of the two of us is wrong. There are written rules and common sense but both do obviously not count for you and your communication was less than poor as you did not report one part of what you are stating here, -but in one topic we have the same opinion - please do not try to come back-

Paradiesisches Ferienhaus in Cape Coral: Entspannung pur auf der überdachten Terrasse am Pool

Von Anfang bis Ende war unser Urlaub eine wunderbare Erfahrung, und dieses Haus hat zweifellos dazu beigetragen, dass es unvergesslich wurde. Zunächst einmal möchte ich die großartige überdachte Terrasse hervorheben. Es war ein wahrer Genuss, dort zu sitzen und die warmen Floridatage zu genießen, geschützt vor der Sonne, aber dennoch im Freien. Die Terrasse bot einen perfekten Rahmen für entspannte Abende mit Familie und Freunden. Der saubere Pool war zweifellos das Highlight für unsere Kinder (und ehrlich gesagt auch für uns Erwachsene). Es war so erfrischend, sich an einem heißen Tag in das klare Wasser zu stürzen und sich zu entspannen. Und dann war da noch der Steg, ein echtes Juwel dieses Anwesens. Die Kinder hatten eine großartige Zeit beim Angeln dort, und wir alle genossen es, den Tag mit einem Spaziergang durch die gepflegte Nachbarschaft zu beenden. Die Aussicht von der Terasse aus war einfach atemberaubend und wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Cape Coral einfach fantastisch war. Die tolle Villa, der saubere Pool und die nutzbare Garage haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen! Great location and plenty of privacy

This is a nice home, great location, double lot with plenty of privacy and amenities . Cons: Home needs a thorough cleaning , air conditioning is pre-set at 74 (seemed stuffy and can not be changed even if you pay more for the electricity) , a communication book with house instructions .

Thank you for your review but I need to correct one statement: The A/C is not pre-set you can set your own temperature which has the limit of 74 in order to avoid damage to the house as lower temperatures do cause condensation moisture followed by damage. This is SW Florida with very high humidity
