Fantastic stay in clean spacious unit

We had a great time in this unit at the Fountainbleu in Miami. The unit was great and check in was easy and communication with the owner was great. We would definitely recommend staying here and enjoying all the amenities and the amazing pool and beach area.

Short Get a Way

We had such a wonderful time. Our stay was so nice. I took my my 21 year old son and a friend and they had the best time ever! They are ready to go back again. I would highly recommend this suite, but be ready to spend some money at the resort!

Lively weekend at the Fontainebleau

This is perfect location for a lively weekend vacation. The room in the Sorrento Tower offered city, ocean and canal views from the balcony. The room is a well appointed suite with a generous bathroom. We spent every day poolside and then explored the surrounding area for lunch and dinner (standouts included jazz brunch at the Setai and casual, late night dinner & drinks at Broken Shaker). We'll be back.

Good stay

Room location was great, clean, great amenities. The only issue was that the shower handle was broken and, as a result, the hot water wouldn't work. Of course this happened on a night when we were trying to shower and get ready for dinner. We missed our reservation. It was clunky trying to figure out who we should go to. Ultimately we got a pass to some downstairs refresher locker rooms and were able to shower... Just not in time for dinner. Maintenance did fix it the same night so no issue after that.

Need to step it up

Way too many hidden fees. There were no towels in the Sorrento Pool 3 of the 4 days.. it was also very dirty in the Sorrento pool area. Also, there is never any one at the Sorrento front desk

Holiday Week

Great, clean property. Easy access. Wonderful communication with owner - well coordinated through resort. Full access to all that the Fontainebleu has to offer without the inflated price. Great.

Relaxing stay...

Property is as pictured and clean. Owner quick to respond when asking a question at check in. We had perfect weather so the balcony was an extra bonus to have to enjoy a glass of wine. Access to the spa was another added bonus. I would certainly stay here again.

Outstanding stay

The room was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. Beautiful view. Extremely comfortable bed. Ygal was extremely responsive to my questions. Great room in every way. Loved everything! It made our vacation truly turn-key and wonderful.

Great property!

Very nice room! The room is a 1/3rd partial view of the ocean though, which we were aware of but some of the pictures shown of the palm trees are not accurate. Good view of the intercoastal as well.

Wonderful stay, everything went smoothly!

My best friend and I enjoyed our stay in this unit! The booking went very smoothly and check in could t have been better. We arrived early and were given access to the room way before the normal check in time which really enhanced our short stay. We appreciated the coffee maker in the morning and were surprised that housekeeping replenished our towels, coffee and cleaned our room even though we had not arranged for that! The balcony faces the back side of the Sorrento tower so, while you’re not looking over the main pools at the resort you do have a fabulous view of downtown Miami and the sunset! We highly recommend this unit. Thank you!
