A solo media cuadra de la playa, nuestra lujosa casa de tres habitaciones es ideal para parejas y familias. Dos dormitorios principales con camas queen size y baño propio. Una habitación con dos literas dobles / dobles. Nuestra casa le brinda todas las comodidades de su hogar, incluida la marcación de larga distancia gratuita y el servicio de Internet para que pueda trabajar mientras juega. Todas las salas de estar tienen televisores con reproductores de DVD. La gran sala tiene DVD con 5. 1 sonido envolvente.

Ubicada en la Península, nuestra casa se encuentra entre las playas de arena del Golfo de México y las hermosas aguas de Mobile Bay. Si te gusta relajarte en la arena o pescar, tienes la opción. Se pueden ver vistas de ambas áreas del agua desde nuestras cubiertas delantera y trasera.

Nuestra área de estacionamiento cubierto tiene una ducha exterior con agua fría y caliente. También hay disponibles sillas y juguetes para usar en la playa. Las dos piscinas, la cancha de tenis y el aro de baloncesto se encuentran directamente al otro lado de la calle y son para su uso durante su estadía en la comunidad privada de Heritage Shores.

Great location just a short walk to the beach!

The neighborhood was perfect a if you’re looking for a family friendly place. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids ages 7-16. The owner Deb was very quick to respond to any questions we had. If we go back to Fort Morgan this place will rate high on our list to rebook.

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! This property was perfect for us - kids, parents and grandparents. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. The living and dining space was roomy and comfortable. Our fave things - short walk to the beach - assorted pantry items - great collection of kitchen utensils and gadgets - plenty of bath linens so no need to wash often - collection of beach chairs We would definitely stay again!

Alabama Getaway

This property was one of the most well stocked properties we have ever stayed at. Being able to leave your beach items under the house and having an outdoor shower was amazing. Pool is directly across from the house and the beach is a 2 minute walk away, but you can see the gulf from the back deck.

Great Vacation

My wife, adult daughter, two grandchildren, young son, and I spent a great week at this lovely house. Half a block from the beach, across from the pool, who could ask for better? Fort Morgan is one of the best kept secrets around, great beaches, not much traffic, and Sassy Bass. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Hoping to go back to this house next year.

Great place! Clean, about 1/2 block from the beach!

Everything was up to par! Had a great time!! Was a little hard for 2 of us getting up and down the front steps. But we got i exercise! Lol! And the pool was great too! Thanks again for letting us stay!

Lovely Spring Break

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. It was the perfect size for our two families. The location was great. We loved how close we were to the beach and pool. Your home was very clean and wonderfully stocked for all of our needs. It was so nice and quiet and the perfect place for our spring break. Perfectly situated

Kids LOVED the pool access. We spent mornings at the beach and evenings at the pool. We also loved that the dining table was large enough to fit all 8 of us at it. The landlords were great and responsive when messaged. The beach was a short walk and all road. Last year we had to walk across a lot of sand to get to the road to get to the beach, so this one made it much easier.

Perfect for Famlies

This home was perfect for us. Grandparents, Kids and Grandchildren. The location was perfect. The beach was about 100 yards away, the pool was just across the street. The home was clean and there was everything we needed, even a beach umbrella (I considered buying one before our arrival). My wife liked the deck off the bedroom. We will stay again.

A great vacation spot, especially with our grand kids!

This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 grandkids aged 6 to 13! Across the street from the pools and half a block to the beach. Location was quiet and peaceful, away from the crowded beach in Gulf Shores. We even saw dolphins from the beach. Two covered decks, one for the morning sun and coffee, one for the afternoon sun with a beer. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the unit was roomy, clean and comfortable. Outdoor shower was convenient and useful. We highly recommend this property.

Fantastic house & location

We L-O-V-E-D this house!! It was nice and open and perfect for our family of 8! Just steps to the pools and the ocean was just a few more feet away! Great views of the water from both decks and from the living room couch (I took a few naps there :). And there was an ice cream truck that came through the neighborhood, which my six kiddos thought was so fun!! The shower on the porch was nice as well, we were able to control the sand coming in and out of the house. We enjoyed our week so much and are looking forward to staying again!!! Great house and great price for how nice it is and how close it is to the water!

Such a restful vacation! Grandchildren loved the pool which was across the street from our house.

Loved that the area is family oriented. Easy access to the property and to local attractions. Quiet. Praceful. Steps were a bit of an issue for spouse who has Parkinsons, but he was able to navigate the steps with assistance. Grandchildren loved the pool across the street from the house. Location easy to get to, and easy to get to local attractions. I can't say enough how accessible the owner was, and was so very quick to respond to any questions. I felt a real connection to her, and her helpfulness. Will definitely come back next year.

Alabama Getaway

We had a wonderful week. The house was everything as described in the listing. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Nice bedding and plenty of pillows! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house truly felt like our home away from home! The location was also great. Short walk to the beach each day with our kids. Nice shower under the house to rinse off in. The pool is right in front of the house and was just perfect for my teenagers to go to when they wanted! Every afternoon the ice cream truck would come to the neighborhood. My kids also loved this. Overall excellent rating and we hope to return next year!

Great Family Beach House

If you’re looking for a beach house that is very close to the beach and directly across the street from the pool. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has access to a private beach that is not overcrowded. This property’s location was perfect for my family of 4 ( 2 small children). The other reviews mentioned the stairs were a challenge and when you are unpacking/ packing up it does make it more difficult but it’s not too bad. There is a very spacious carport under the house with a shower/storage area. They had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys, but everything was pretty rusty. There was also a lot of plungers on the lattice in the back that was a little weird… I think it would be nice if there was a walkway on the backside of the carport area because that is the most convenient route to the beach. As to the area, Fort Morgan is really nice and quiet but it is about 30-40 minutes to Gulf Shores. So, we definitely had to plan for that when deciding where to eat dinner every night. There are some options close by but it is limited. Also, a note to the property owner - there is one house key on the lanyards that barely works on the front door locks for the house. There were multiple occasions we had to open the lock box to use that key because one of the keys on the lanyards barely works. Overall, this property is 4 stars for me because I think there could be some small improvements made inside and outside of the house to bring it up to a 5 star house.

Great house, Great Location

The home was perfectly located for morning ocean views and easy walks to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big family meals. The house had a large amount of beach toys, umbrellas and seats. Comfortable rooms and living spaces. Clean and as advertised. Would stay again...

Wonderful getaway!

Deb was amazing to communicate with. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was flexible with adjusting our dates due to things outside of our control. The property is wonderful, in a great location within short walking distance to the beach and worked perfectly for our family including 5 kids. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great vacation in Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores area!

We loved our stay at Alabama Getaway! The beach was beautiful, and relaxing! Your home was nice and had a nice view from the back deck. We enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball at the clubhouse as well.

Relaxing family vacation

This was our second time to stay at Alabama Getaway and we once again enjoyed every minute of it ! The house has ocean views from the porches and it’s just a short walk to get to the beach plus the pool is just steps away! The kids enjoyed the basketball court and foosball table in the pool area and we all enjoyed the rest, relaxation, and fun we had staying here!!

Great Vacation Home

The Alabama Getaway is a great vacation home. Featuring three beds and three bathrooms, there is room to get some distance if needed. The house is located quite a way from town, and this worked perfectly for us as the beach was a primary purpose of the trip. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to make meals to fit you budget. Overall this house is a gem.

We purchased our home in 2009 because we fell in love with the area. We visit about 4 times a year and always have a great time. My husband and I live in Colorado and our partners (who are family) live in Georgia.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

In 2008 we visited Heritage Shores staying at our nephews house. We saw this house in the neighborhood for sale, just two doors down and thought why not. Our kids were getting easier to travel with and we love the beach. The number of bedrooms fit our family so we took the plunge. We now have the best of both worlds, living in the mountains and escaping to the beach.
