1 open kitchen with grill and microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher -
1 double room for 2 people with duvet -
1 room with 2 beds (low bed legs) of 1 person with duvet -
1 bathroom with shower and sink -
Separate WC -
Private parking. WIFI. Electric heating. ENERGY CHARGES INCLUDED. Washing machine. Good condition (maintenance, painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 only small dog allowed), deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
