The place was ok. Maybe a few more updates would improve it. Particularly the bathroom. It has a 60's look.The Kitchen area was nice except for a few cabints being broken. The futon needs to be replaced! We could only use it if we sat on pillows! LVP flooring would be more durable. Felt sliders under table and chair legs would prevent scratches. We loved the location! We would stay again with a few more improvements!

Amazing place!

This place was absolutely amazing. Upon arriving to the hotel, we were able to get in easily and the owner replied right away. My only concern about the room is some of the electrical outlets are not working. Besides that the view from the outside of the room is amazing. The location of the hotel is in a perfect spot within walking distance from small restaurants and beach access. Me and my friend had a very awesome time and will be coming back!

Our stay

Our stay was great for the most part, when we arrived the floor was a lake and our bed was wet from condensation. We turned the air on and afet about 6 hours and all the towels later it dried up. There is a good bit of mold on the ceiling so take your allergy meds with ya and the shower is built for small people so if your tall pick a different location. The property is nice with grest besch access and in proximity to shops and a few restaurants.

Awesome!!

We have stayed at this facility in different rooms at least 8 times in the last 10 years. While all have been good, this was exceptional. We had an issue with the door lock one day (our fault, my daughter put the code in wrong multiple times and the lock timed out so i thought it was a bad battery, turns out it wasnt) but we sent a message on VRBO and David replied within 60 seconds and said he would be there in 15 minutes. I dont think it even took him 10 to get there. If thats not exceptional service, I dont know what is. We will use his rooms EVERY time we go back. If you read the description of the room, what he tells you is what you get. Literally right on the beach that is not crowded like most. Perfect pool for little ones. If youre looking for the best hidden gem on the coast, this is it.

Had one small issue it was addressed immediately and honestly was no big deal however host went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. If your looking for a small place to chill relax and have peace this is the home and the host for you

Great location on the beach!

The building is currently being worked on and updated, but it did not bother us one bit. We had fun hanging out in the pool and liked how convenient it was to the beach and other attractions around. Although, we did not have a private balcony to this room it was still a great view of the beach.

Property was nice minus the construction. Was not warned about that. But it was a nice place and in a good location.

Decent Place

The room and location was nice. We had a good view of the beach and we’re within walking distance of a lot of places. However, construction was being done on the property, and we were woken up early in the morning to noises of banging and loud machines. The whole area was kind of run down. Glad to see they are trying to work on it, but definitely made the stay less enjoyable.

Loved this place!

I loved staying here. It was in a great location close to everything. It was very clean and we felt super safe! Communication with the host was also amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone and definitely would stay again.

Nice rental

I have stayed at this location twice within the past year. It is always clean. We did run into a problem with the bathroom sink backing up. Using the plunger didn't work. Other than that it is a delightful place to stay.

Great Location

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. Was very close to alot. Pool and deck area were very nice. So close to the beach. Would love to stay in one of the rooms with a balcony nect time. Owners were very good to us during our stay!

Right on the beach. Condo was nice , clean and very comfortable. Owner easy to get in touch with and answered all my questions that I had.

Disappointing

I usually stay at the Fontainebleau and love it. However this trip was disappointing. I spent more than I usually do for this room and was never notified of construction that closed not only the elevator but the pool as well. These are amenities I paid for. The property manager refused to do anything about it and tried to argue with me about it. Even changed the listing on VRBO to "notify people of the elevator being potentially closed". That is not what the original listing said. I paid too much to not get to use the pool and have a very mediocre room. I will be back to the Fontainebleau but not in this room with this property manager.
