The inside offers about 1,400 square- feet of living space, has vaulted ceilings and nice accents. Get comfortable on the new recliner sofa or the single lazy chair where you can read a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen cable TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything for your home-cooking needs. There are updated appliances and enough dinner ware to even welcome guests. Enjoy your morning coffee in the breakfast nook, the perfect start into a new day.
The formal dining room has plenty of space to host a small dinner party.

The lanai doors lead to the patio and pool area with enough seating and outdoor furniture. You can sit and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.
