Great Naples Vacation House with Pool at Briarwood.

As a mother of three, my husband and I know how important is to have family vacation time. Therefore, this house in Naples is an incredible opportunity to escape from the stress and busy everyday life. We offer you the chance to enjoy your free time for recovery in our home. It is 5 miles away from the famously 5th Ave, beaches, parks, various restaurants, local and branded shops.
- Pool: We just renovated the pool in December 2023. There is a new plaster - Aqua white regular pebble pool finish, combined with Accent Tile - Opal Pear white glass tiles.

Briarwood gated community provide 2 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, playground, volleyball and basketball courts and pickleball. The house has a 2 car garages and spacious drive way and full access for walk in that beautiful neighborhood.

Application fees:
Application received less than twenty (20) days prior to occupancy is a non-refundable $100.00 application fee.
Application received less than seven (7) days prior to occupancy is a non-refundable $200.00 application fee.
Same Day Application is a non-refundable $300.00 application fee.

The home was very nice. The master bedroom bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well apportioned. The pool was heated and very comfortable; we used the pool every day. The neighborhood was very nice where we walked our two dachshunds daily.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had the best time staying here for a week with our family for spring break. I have four children and it was the perfect house - we could swim, take naps, cook, and it was very close to downtown Naples and 5th Ave. Very clean, had everything we needed (pack n play, beach chairs, umbrella, floaties, etc.) and the property manager and owner were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

We came down to Naples to visit family. The house was perfect. My kids loved the heated pool and the neighborhood was very nice. The location of the house was close to family! Would definitely rent again. Property manager was very responsive to any questions I had.

Relax and Enjoy

Very good location. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Pool and patio were wonderful. We would recommend this property to all. Fun to walk the community to enjoy the landscaping.

Naples vacation

The house was exactly as advertised…it was perfect. The pool was a bonus as the red tide prevented us from going to the beach. The house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. We cooked several meals and used the bag twice. We would definitely rent this house again.

Exceptional stay

I have never stayed in a place where they have everything you need! There was nothing missing from beach towels to a beach umbrella to bikes to tennis rackets etc etc. The pool was wonderful and our three kids loved swimming there after the beach. You have everything plus more for meal prep. The location is perfect and we really enjoyed the house. We will stay here again when we return.

2023 Stay

This property exceeded expectations, if not better. Upon arrival it was exceptionally clean and had everything that we needed. The location was fantastic and was very safe. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the pickleball courts were excellent. I would highly recommend this property and we already have plans to book for next year. There was also a notebook with all the details of the property and information for the surrounding area. This was amazing!!!! Kevin, the owner, could not have been any more helpful with anything.

Great location and great host

Our first visit to Naples was made perfect partly because of this property. Kevin’s house is exactly as described and great for a family (grandparents, kids, grandkids —6 of us). The pool was enjoyed every day and the lanai every evening. We were able to maneuver around town very easily because of the location (many things within ten minutes-beach, Tin City, Old Naples, stores, Marco Island- 35 minutes, Everglades- 52 minutes) Feeling safe safe because of the gated security was also nice especially coming from a small Midwest town. As a host, Kevin was very easy to work with and answered questions fairly quickly. Having him check in with us mid-week was also nice. We definitely hope to rent from Kevin again.

Briarwood-840 Mount Hood, Naples, FL

We stayed at Briarwood-840 Mount Hood Ct. for the month of February 2019. We have been renting places in SW FL for more than 20 years and we would put this home at the top of the list! This home is wonderful and has all the amenities anyone would want. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, the towels were new and soft (even the beach towels!). The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary pots, pans, cook ware, glasses, dishes, etc. The televisions were wonderful, especially the living room which was a huge smart tv and the lanai also had a large tv that we used while in the pool and in the evening relaxing. Tammy Novak, the property manager, was very attentive to all of our needs and was immediately available, which we found to be very comforting! We enjoyed our stay so very much that we booked again for next year.

Family Vacation

From as young as 7 years old to myself, everyone had an amazing time! The location of this house is close to everything. Great food, gorgeous beach and nice shopping. Quiet neighborhood that's gated and secure. We used the pool everyday. We have already recommended this place to other people in our family.

Absolutely Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful home! Our hosts truly thought of everything to ensure comfort and relaxing fun! The house itself was pristine clean and beautifully decorated—there was even a Christmas tree and lovely Holiday decorations which we appreciated so much! The pool, bikes, and proximity to downtown Naples make this home a perfect place to vacation in Naples!

Great house/Great location!

This is a beautiful house located in a gated community in Naples, Fl. Convenient to all your shopping needs as well as recreational activities. The screened in lanai and in ground pool makes a great day. The owner and property manager were easy to contact and checked in regularly. The house as a whole is very well maintained and had everything necessary to make our stay enjoyable. The photos and description listed were completely accurate. I highly recommend renting this home and will again in the future.
