Welcome to Dacotah Sunrise! This 3-bedroom rental is the perfect place to gather your family and friends to enjoy the incredible amenities offered at Desert Color! Swimming, paddleboarding, hiking, and more-- your stay will definitely be one for the books!

Tastefully decorated throughout, you will love the cozy kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you’ll need! Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and plush bedding. On the top floor, you’ll find the loft with 2 sets of full bunks across from a flatscreen and a Nintendo Switch to keep the kids entertained while you relax. Enjoy the upper deck patio, perfect for sunbathing or star gazing! When you are ready to hit the beach at the Lagoon, be sure to grab the beach chair and sand toys! If you’re in the mood for something more adventurous, stop by the Rental Center near the pool and rent a paddleboard or kayak to explore the beautiful waters of the lagoon.

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
