The home’s main level is an open space designed for recreation, relaxation, and functional living. Sure to inspire the cook of your group, the modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a full suite of cookware, and ample counter space to whip up delicious meals at home. Dinner could also be grilled up and enjoyed outside on the covered patio. Dining space inside includes the formal table with seating for 8 and 5 barstools along the kitchen counter. When it comes time to relax, enjoy high-end furnishings in the living room with smart tv and a chic air hockey table.

This home sleeps up to 16 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and balcony access.

Bedroom #4 is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds, each with a full size bed on top and bottom. This room also has a queen sleeper sofa, smart tv, and balcony access.

St. George is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its close proximity to several major parks including Snow Canyon National Park (20 minutes), Red Cliffs National Conservation Area (25 minutes), and Zion National Park (75 minutes) where all manner of outdoor adventures can be found. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or visit the one-of-a-kind entertainment scene of Las Vegas just under 2 hours away.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
