Welcome to our dream house centrally located in Salt Lake City Utah. Minutes away from downtown Salt Lake, Sugarhouse Park, Westminster College, and The University of Utah. Just a short drive to Utah's most popular ski resorts. No parties, events, or social gatherings allowed.

Property has fiber and off street parking as well as a smart lock so guests can check themselves in/out.

House is equipped with a doorbell and backyard camera for security purposes.

Great backyard for entertaining

We booked this property for my daughter’s graduation from the U. The house had enough room for our family. The house was very clean and modernized. We spent most of the time in the backyard as it has a hot tub, BBQ, sauna, gas fire place and sitting area. The house is located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Beautiful house and property.

Wonderful property, amazing backyard!

What a wonderful and clean property in a wonderful neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Salt Lake and 45 minutes to an hour from ski resorts. We had an amazing time using the hot tub and sauna after a long day of skiing. The backyard is amazing. I would highly recommend this property.

What a wonderful property! The house was fabulous, and it is located so you can enjoy downtown SLC and easily get to all the area slopes. Recommend!

Great property with all the amenities!

We had an awesome stay. The host thought of everything from hot tub towels to coffee filters, all the details were considered to make our stay plug and play. The location was great in Salt Lake - I took a day off from skiing and found the large urban park within easy walking distance from the house. A Trader Joes down the street was perfect for stocking the fridge. I would definitely recommend this place for a city or skiing vacation.

Family ski trip

Awesome vacation home for a family. Near all the great restaurants in downtown, and very close to the slope. The grill, sauna, and Jacuzzi were a hit with everybody. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Creeps watching you

If you like being watched 24/7 this is the place for you. You’re loud one minute after 10 and the owner will be calling you 40 times. No point of having amenities if we can’t enjoy them. Owner shows up first night because we were too “loud” so we stayed in the living room hanging out and still were “too loud” had people over in the day and there was no issue had the same people over at night and somehow was an issue. House seems nicer than it is. Never have had an issue with a place, kept the place neat and respectful but you get a group of Mexican and think they can run us for our money. If you want to be kicked out at 3 am for not answering the phone this is the place for you. Make sure to pay for the extra people so they can take even more money from you and being told there’s no refunds.

Amazing home in Salt Lake

This house was perfect for our ski trip to Salt Lake. The sauna, hot tub and fire it were the perfect things to come back to after long days on the slopes. Everything was comfortable and was a very welcoming environment in safe neighborhood. Its spacious layout of the bedrooms, modern amenities, and convenient location to downtown made for an enjoyable stay. The owner was also very responsive and accommodating, contributing to an overall great stay. Would definitely return.

Great little bungalow

This house is great for a multi family vacation. We loved the back yard and hot tub and the fun games down stairs. The check in was easy and communication was great. The house was fully stocked with a nice welcome basket. It’s a great location with everything close by. We did have to wash the master sheets when we arrived and found a couple dirty towels that had been folded up for us to use. I’m not sure what that was all about since the rest of the house was very clean. We would stay here again.

Great home in SLC!

We had a great visit in SLC at this property. Great location, perfect accommodations. Loved the backyard - hot tub, grill, outdoor seating. So much fun! Lovely, quiet neighborhood.
