Ground level condo - there is public beach access next to our pool that is available but the on site is working on the complex and the sea wall is at a hault .. THe condo is perfect still for walking the beach to the pier or the shell for music concerts , and in the heart of all the action.

nice new pool , patio area, bbq area, and locked beach gate for walking.

Perfect Little Spot

This little condo was perfect for my family. I loved that it was on the first floor and I could just walk out and be on the beach. The fobs were a headache because there was only 1, but we managed. I love the upgrades that are being made, the pool is going to be so nice and I love the outdoor furniture thats available.

yes the key fob is for the beach gate, and pool gate. Its for safty , so only residence or renters of ocean jewels can be there. I wished you would have reached out , as i have more fobs above the cabinet space as spares. I also love the new improvements for the pool that will be done shortly, BUT the complex does have 2 pools so it made it nice since you could still swimm on site! Yes many improvements on the complex like new walkways have been installed, new lounge chairs, and patio seating and bbq, which are all polywood !

We stayed with this host last year and had no issues at all. That being said we had major issues with the bathroom sink and the sewer and waste backing up into it. It took 16 days to get this issue resolved. And unfortunately we had a family member who was sick and we needed to leave. I contacted the host six times on Vrbo and at least four times on her personal phone number. We had to leave 6 weeks early. And heard nothing. So our only recourse was to talk to the great people at VRBO who took care of us They were warm and compassionate about our situation. All we were looking for was acknowledgment. And it's like we fell off the face of the earth. We were the perfect renters. We replaced everything we used and then some. I even cleaned their glass top stove which had been crusted on with leftover food. We even these tasks this year when we had all the issues. We were just looking for someone during a difficult time to acknowledge us.

Super cool place, relaxed, beach right outside the door. Super funny that they give you a half put together bed and puts a sign no naked partying lol.

Would be a good place to stay longer. Very quiet two pools one heated. If you like the sound of waves crashing onto the shore this is the place.

Long weekend watching waves and looking at cars.

Check in was fast and easy. Found the property manager and got the parking pass. Clean room, no neighbor problems, nothing to complain about. So it was good..

Great Condo and Location

Smaller condo then the high-rises. That being said, this is a great condo. Nice pool and outside bar-b-q. Clean pool. They are working on the larger pool that was destroyed by the hurricane a few years ago. They are in the process of fixing it up and putting a lot of money into it.

Fantastic beachside location at an unbeatable rate

Check in was easy with a door code letting us skip any lengthy processes, the inside is cozy and most importantly absolutely clean! I didn't see so much as a single hair anywhere, major kudos to the housekeeper. The view was absolutely incredible, every morning we had a clear view of the sunrise over the ocean and a two-second walk to step onto the sand from our patio. All in all this was an amazing stay, we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Sure one of the two pools are under construction, but whatever work they're doing isn't loud, and sometimes finding parking was tricky but there were always spots in the side lots. Fantastic view, quiet neighbors, a great pool and to top it all off there's the Adam's Eggs restaurant for amazing breakfast right at the front of the building. We will definitely be coming back!

Worst experience ever

When we got there, my wife went in first. The room was a mess. The bed hadn't been made. She took the sheets off the bed. The mattress was covered in blood and urine. I told her we wasn't sitting on the bed little long lay on it, and we closed the door and left.

Beach for Cheap the owner tells it like it is.

I was impressed by the owner's honesty in this listing. The property's seawall was washed out by last years hurricane along with one of their two pools. The entire property is under repair, but one pool is in great shape, part of the deck with tables and umbrellas, a charcoal grill area and your own patio facing the ocean are in perfect shape. Reach the beach by the vacant lots on either side of the property or better yet drive on the beach. We loved the view, the restaurant on the property serves breakfast and lunch and will deliver poolside or to your room. The rate was reflective of the condition of the property. Great Stay! Thank you.

Thank you so much . We hope everything will be done and ready for season 2024. Unfortunately hurricanes happen. And we got a lot of damage , not our condo but exterior complex . the good news is the pool is beautiful and view is beautiful and lot of things to walk too

Unfortunate experience

We rented this property in good faith expecting it to be cleaned and ready for us, unfortunately it was not. Was unable to reach the host on evening of our arrival, so we had to rent a hotel. The host did refund our stay promptly when informed of the condition of their property. Disappointed as we really wanted to be right on the ocean.

Great Stay! Highly Recommend!

This was a great cheap place that had an amazing beach view. It was well worth the price. It isn’t anything fancy, but it’s cute and all you need. I was aware that the pool and hot tub was under construction and unavailable, however there is another pool on the left side of the building that is open. The only problem I had was that the lobby was closed every single time that we went to try and properly check in and get a parking pass (as I was told we would need one), however this isn’t the hosts’ doing. I tried reaching out to the owner/manager of the building but no luck. Also, almost every night we stepped out onto the patio/porch area, it reeked of strong smoke (not talking about cigarette smoke either) and the neighbors were drinking throughout the day as well causing a scene just about everyday but again, not the hosts’ fault as the rooms are individually owned from my knowledge. I’d also like to add that the photos don’t do justice to the room itself as it has been updated since the photos, so the bed and furniture is much nicer. This was overall a great stay and I would definitely book again for the price!

Just ok. Won’t do it again.

We were scheduled to arrive 2 days after Hurricane Ian hit Daytona. Communication was pretty bad with the owner. I asked how the condo held up and they told me to watch the news. We were already passed the deadline to cancel with full refund. So we arrived. One pool down and the other freezing cold. And the stairs to the beach were washed away. All that was ok. But I was almost bitten by a dog in the hallway. And the people above us and to the right let their 2 dogs out on the balcony. So they’re barking at you while you sit on your patio. Inside of the condo was pretty nice and in a great location. I just wouldn’t stay here again. Better options available.

Loved the location. The bed was horrible it sinks in the middle if it. There was roaches everywhere, small and bigger one. We were told it had been sprayed. There were no dead ones to be seen. Would like to rent again if the bed is improved and bugs gone.

Heartbroken !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The property was very very Nasty!!!!!! It took three hours to get the code so I could lock the doors!!!!! It was like no one cared !!!!!!!!!
